It has videos on YouTube that you can access to help where to stick. You just stick the patch on and leave it there for a few days. You get on with your days hassle free as this patch does the measuring. At least once a day you scan the patch with your phone. It has a great app. I dislike that there is no graph to be shown, it would be great to see one even if there is no temperature markings.

This tool is fantastic. It is very easy to use and the app (that you only need to download on your phone) simply tells you when to apply the patch. The good thing is that you don't need to wear the patch for the entire cycle but only for a few days. They also tell you how to correctly attach it and you don't really feel it at all throughout those days. What you will need to do is to check your temperature at least once a day by tapping the patch with your phone, it gives you peace of mind that you won't miss your ovulation. From one of their YouTube videos, I found out that it is medically certified and made in Austria which makes you feel even more secure and safe (we all know how many cheap, unknown products come from Asia). I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends - so happy I found this :)

This didn’t detect my ovulation although confirmed with blood works. Wasted money 😕As mentioned by other buyers ,there’s no visual representation of the data it gathers ! I used all three patches on three consecutive months and no ovulation was detected . Very disappointed !

Tried this as an alternative to tracking BBT but didn't work for me personally. The patch didn't pick up my ovulation despite having it confirmed by a scan I had this week and positive OPKs. Save yourself £60 and get a regular BBT thermometer instead as I can't really see what this does any different, you still have to scan the patch regularly. Oh, and it gave me a rash...:(

Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to using this and what the description doesn't tell you is that you need a functionality on your phone called NFC technology. If you have an old Apple iPhone it wont work.Really misleading and dissapointed.

What a great product! The app was straightforward and the patch was totally easy to use. It told me when I ovulated and I got pregnant first try. What can I say - brilliant. I contacted the company before hand with a few questions and they were really helpful. I would definitely recommend this patch.

Do not buy! Waste of money!!!I have tried all 3 incase maybe one was a dud.Nfc connection didnt work very often and when it did it would state the browser page is blocked and there is not trusted web page stamp, (it wouldnt connect to the app) Basically paid £60 for 3 plasters
