Global market unit!!
Mine is a global market unit not US based. I have tried to reach seller for support but no response. I paid for an update and lost functions on the tool which is when I discovered it wasn't US based. Autel US will not support or service the tool. I have had it 3 years and now is just a piece of worthless plastic that I paid $1300.00 for.
