Small but mighty
These nightlights are the smallest round automatic turn on lights I’ve ever owned so I wasn’t expecting much from them in way of output. One illuminates my large kitchen well enough for me to maneuver around easily in the night. Granted, my kitchen is fully open, so there is nothing impeding the lights reach. I did find, however, it’s too bright for my room, but my plugs are right at eye level. Lower, they are probably just fine. I do love that they turn on and off on their own, saving me time and money. They are never hot to the touch and can be set up in various rooms, depending on your needs, as they come four to a pack. Their lightweight and give off a soft white color.

Bright and Energy-Efficient Night Lights – Perfect for the Whole House
I love these LED night lights! They’re energy-efficient, super bright, and ideal for navigating in the dark without flipping on overhead lights. I have them installed throughout my home, including hallways and bathrooms, and they provide just the right amount of illumination for late-night trips. The compact design takes up minimal outlet space, and they’re incredibly easy to use—just plug in and go! They arrived well-packaged, feel durable, and the soft glow won’t disrupt your sleep. If you’re looking for a convenient, cost-effective way to light your home at night, I highly recommend these night lights. They’re a must-have for anyone wanting safety and comfort after sundown!

Saved my neck in the dark!
These are some sweet little lights. I needed some low-level nighttime lighting for those noctural trips to the bathroom. These lights do the job very well. They look good in the day or at night. They give off the perfect amount of light to see where I'm going, and not trip over my cat. I'm probably going to get some more for downstairs.

Great lights when you're alone.
Recently, my mom passed away. Living in a large home is lonely. Normally, the TV's and lights are on as mom would walk around the house, talking, praying, watching sports and news.I don't want to leave the lights on all the time, even though I have solar energy. So I went online and picked these up. These lights are perfect. I plugged them into the outlets. They fill the rooms with light. When I turn the regular lights on, the light senors turn off. Also, they turn off when you use a candle, flashlight or when daylight comes out.Afterward, I bought more. Now I have twelve of these motion lights downstairs and some upstairs. I plan to buy more. I don't have to use a flashlight or turn the light on when I walk around the home. Only when I walk up and downstairs is when I use a flashlight.Another great feature about these motion lights is they're small. Some motion lights take up lots of room in the outlet, which can block the upper or lower outlet if you have two.I tried some from GE motion lights in the past. The downside is they don't turn off when the regular lights turn on or in daylight, they take up a lot of room and aren't as bright as these.I will buy them again.

These are NOT 'warm-white,' but 'soft-white,' the 'brighter/whiter-white' seen in SOME of the pix.
[UPDATE, DAWN-TO-DUSK-SENSOR VERSION, 2023-08-15]The correct SKU for a 4-pak of 'warm-white' (45084) is on this website … and it is right on the (non-retail) box they come in … but you will actually get a 4-pak of 'soft-white,' SKU 45086. I know because I already own a bunch of older 'warm-whites.' 'Warm-white' emits a subdued white light with a slight yellow/orange hue that the retail package labels as 'ONE out of four brightness level.' 'Soft-white' emits a much 'whiter/brighter-white,' similar in hue to a frosted incandescent light bulb, that the retail package labels as 'TWO out of four brightness level.'The pictures shown here are a mix; some pix are of 'warm-white,' some pix are of 'soft-white.' YOU WILL GET 'SOFT-WHITE.'I'll just keep the same type of white in the same room/area so that it won't be all that noticeable, I suppose.Over two years ago, I bought quite a few of the older always-on (warm-white) version of this guide light. I wanted more of them for other parts of my home, but the always-on version is entirely discontinued … and I couldn't find any more of them anywhere. Not even on feeBay. So I bought these, the dawn-to-dusk-sensor version. Other than the sensor on the side/edge, the two versions look almost exactly the same physically; the sensor version is about 1/8" wider and 1/4" thicker (than the always-on version). I put white electrical tape over the sensors (and installed them with the sensors facing down). Ta-Da! Now they are the 'always-on' version.Just in case you were wondering, not one of the always-on lights has failed or even once flickered. Jasco makes very good product.Btw, THESE are also going to be discontinued soon enough. The Jasco website has already disappeared all the warm-white pak-sizes of this 'GLO Dot' guide light … and most of the soft-white pak-sizes are stocked-out as well. So if you need any (more) of these, you'd best snag 'em while you can. If do you find yourself searching to find some, know that Jasco has also marketed these 'GLO Dot' guide lights under the 'Enlighten,' GE and Jasco brand names as well.Overall, I think these are great guide lights. But I liked the 'warm-white' better for the purpose. And I certainly like getting what I order. I absolutely DON'T like getting 'whatever discontinued item inventory is on-hand that the manufacturer decided to shovel into whatever discontinued packaging inventory is on-hand.'[ORIGINAL REVIEW, ALWAYS-ON VERSION, 2021-06-26]Take note these 'warm-whites' are GUIDE lights, not night lights, per se. The purpose of these lights -- and how I use them -- is to offer-up some definition & guidance regarding where the walls are in an unlit room, stairwell, hallway at night. Not to actually illuminate an area. For that application, they are plenty bright enough, not too bright, and I would even be OK with them if they were somewhat less bright than they are. These are an excellent replacement for the old-school incandescent amber/orange thicker dot guide lights that have been around forever. Those are not LEDs, so their light is not nearly as homogeneous or as bright as these Jasco warm-white dots are. And these are much more inexpensive than the harder-to-find old-school amber/orange dots anyway.I prefer this 'always-on' version. I don't want to have to rely upon the accuracy of a sensor always 'knowing' exactly when I would want the light to be lit … and not lit. And it only cost maybe $0.50/year to run one of these always-on anyway.Jasco makes various small electronics products, including products branded as GE, Philips, Honeywell & Energizer. My guess is that Jasco has to meet a much, much higher standard of quality … in order to retain its ability to license all those brand names … than do all the no-name Chinese brands here on Amazon. Many of whom don't even provide full product specifications. In that sense, these Jasco products are a much better bet than most. I have two Jasco GE-branded power strip suppressor products in my home and they are designed well, have excellent specifications and continue to perform as they should.About the only shortcoming, IMHO, is that I wish they would offer these also in colors even easier and more soothing on the eyes … such as the traditional full-on amber/orange color … or, even better yet, the calming blue that you see used to illuminate buttons (and activity lights and such) on so many electronic devices these days.

Perfect size
I had been looking for night lights to put in the entryway. These ones with sensor work very well; no more walking into the dark trying to feel for the light switch! The light it gives work well, not too bright yet bright enough so i can see things, especially walking in from the dark outside.

Good Product
I love how these adjust to the light level throughout the day/as the house gets darker they get brighter. I also had the ones growing up that would turn on when you flipped the lights out, but these are much more sensitive. They come of super faintly if there is still some light, and become slightly brighter as the room becomes darker. We have these in our stairwell, and it has made my life so much easier when I have to take the puppy out in the middle of the night and don’t want to blind myself or wake up my husband turning lights on. The light they put out when fully bright is a good amount, it’s not too bright.
