Arrived on time. ✅Really easy to assemble. ✅Beautiful. ✅Packaging was amazing. ✅…but… there were definitely some post production issues. The bottom of the footboard has a completely different finish than the top of the footboard. There were some blemishes or spots where it looked like it was dinged in the packaging process. It came out of the boxes with these (which, again, this packaging was tight, cushioned, had serious edge protectors and etc.). The scratches aren’t ridged, just discoloration that happens when things get dragged across. While I was disappointed, it wasn’t worth returning over that. I do have to reach out to the seller regarding the footboard because THAT is a big discrepancy.Otherwise, great purchase!

The headboard came broken but Amazon sent out another headboard and it too was broken but we glued it adequately. This is one of the few beds that looks and fits great in a small room with storage but you might do better shopping at a store.

This bed looks good and is sturdy. Our problem was instructions for the support braces were missing as well as a set of screws for one of the drawers. Customer service emailed me the instructions pronto, still working on the screws. Very nice customer service.

Very easy to assemble. Nice sturdy bed with large storage drawers. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I received this bed frame with a few parts chipped. I am worried that the chipped/cracked areas might get worse over use. The bed frame is very heavy, and although I was able to assemble it alone, it's probably best to do it with two people. The individual parts are either long or thin but really heavy, so you have to carefully put them together at the right angle to avoid breaking them by accident.

So luckily no pieces were broken and nothing was missing. However, I had an issue with on of the slits that attaches the footboard to the side rail, the slit was way to smalls and would not fit. I did not have a saw to make the slit large so for about 2 hours I sat there and drilled and carved out a slit that was deep enough to attach the footboard to the side real. What a total pain and after everything was done my arm hurt like heck. Also the rails to attached the bed well there is no precut hold and so if you are looking to need it down it’s going to take a lot of work as well. I like the finished product but because of those two big issues I cannot say I would recommend unless you want a headache.

I ordered this bed for my daughter. Opened the box and the foot board was cracked. They sent the wrong instructions and bolts. It looks and feels cheap. The paint isn’t sealed between cracks, so there are visible gaps between how it was put together. I’ve reached out by calling and emailing the company and have not heard back. $600 down the drain.
