Slightly better than stock
Head unit looks good and so far works good except backup cam is not working on 2018 legacy, I just get a yellow triangle with exclamation point when I switch to reverse.

The media could not be loaded. So when I first got the radio I was very unhappy. It was not working properly, Bluetooth wasn’t working CarPlay wouldn’t connect or it would disconnect. and after trying multiple times to connect with costumer service I was gonna throw it out. Until I went directly through the sellers site and someone helped!! Updated the firmware and boom!!!! This thing is mint!! Bluetooth working great, CarPlay is flawless. It’s been a week and so smooth. I am super happy and actually impressed of the capabilities. Thank you so much

The customer service is very good if you contact the seller directly.
The jury is still out on how the product performs. It would be helpful if there were some sort of installation instructions included. Its pretty easy, instructions would really help to save some time .

Buyer Beware! Backup Camera Does Not Work Out of the Box!!
My unit did not support the backup camera out of the box for a 2017 Subaru Outback. It has taken 15 months to get the problem sorted after the seller stopped responding to my inquiries for help and troubleshooting. The backup camera requires a 6V power source, and this unit was providing 7.7V which was causing intermittent static on the screen when in reverse but no video signal. Had to purchase a 12V to 6V step down converter and manually splice it into the main accessory power line. Finally got it working today with no help from the seller.Does fit nicely into the dash and otherwise works as intended with every other component working right away as intended, but overall very poor customer service and misleading advertising.

Easy install
Installed this unit on my Subaru Legacy. It’s great so far!! Install was very easy with plug and play harnesses as advertised.

2.0 out of 5 stars .. Stopped working after 2 1/2 months . Not recomending.

Good looking but phone don’t work
Elle radio parfaitement ajustée pour ma Subaru outback, elle fonctionne très bien. CarPlay , musique, gps tout est fonctionnel.Le seul inconvénient c’est les appels main libre . Impossible de passer des téléphone , le son coupe continuellement.Je met donc la note de 6/10
