It's a quality phone on a quality network with quality features. It has a good connection in a rural area. It doesn't have a fingerprint reader, which is about the only thing I don't like about it. But it has facial recognition, password, pin and pattern security. It feels good in your hand. I'm not crazy about Samsung's attempts to create their own walled garden and yet another cloud that's unique to only Samsung phones. But I can ignore that easily enough.

It's a really great cheap phone,it works very well,the screen is very nice and clear,when watching videos you can literally watch it in 1080p or 1440p with no buffering problems,when streaming on Netflix HBOMAX etc it works perfectly, it has a good size internal memory, but I did buy a 64gb sd card for it for all the space to take pics download videos etc,it plays android video games fantastically and with bluetooth I could connect my XB1 or Series X controller to it and works perfectly,its a really great cheap phone that I would highly recommend, hope this review helps

I was looking for a phone so I could listen to music while I run... I am so glad I bought this. My parents are getting me a phone for my birthday (my brother got one when he was going into high school too), so I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on a phone I would only use for one summer, so I bought this. this worked as well as my apple iPod touch did, and the cameras great, not the best, but still pretty good. the phone broke a couple of months after I bought it, but that was completely on me, I should have bought a case, and I dropped it. I was disappointed that I dropped it when the return policy had expired, but I have no regrets!!!! (except not buying a case). the audio quality was good, sometimes the facial recognition didn't work, so defently have a password. I would recomend this phone.

This was easy to set up and A breeze to use. It has A great battery life and A loud speaker. The price Is fare If you look around you mite find something cheaper but not with the quality of being new like this one. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking to upgrade. It gets A A++++++++++++ from me. well done.

The touch screen is bugged, this could be a quality problem with the screen itself but, it is considered a cheap phone so I knew what I might have to encounter! I need to keep clicking over and over on something for it to function. Even when I increased touch sensitivity from the settings menu, the touchscreen itself was not corresponding to my finger gesture easily, this can be frustrating if you play games.The phone itself is slim, beautiful, camera is ok and passable but don’t expect great quality images, the 32gb is going to run out quickly if you play games, so keep this phone if you are a light user. Other than that system was functioning and the android OS is really smooth and appealing! The display is also pretty and it reminded me of Samsung s8.

I love this phone its very user friendly I even bought one for my father and he loves it also.sellers were so awsome I can't put it in words how they helped me when it didn't show up on time,I want to thank them and say I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I bought the phone end of August 2021. In January 2022 the phone died. I sent it for it to be fixed. After tons of calls, now April 2022 I received a refurbished phone (not mine) in the condition shown by the photo. Customer services states that after 30 days of use, they can replace with a refurbished phone. They refuse to send me where this is written. Worse is that after all this, this phone has 90 days warranty so it will expire before the original phone. AWFUL AND SO DISGUSTING. DONT BUY OR CONTRACT WITH THEM!
