I was so excited when I seen these Tospania Crystal Water Beads! I have seen these types of water beads used in so many different decorative ways. These are excellent to use for certain types of plants too. No more watering until you see the I beads getting smaller. They are reusable and can last for up to 4 months as long as you keep adding water. If you put them in a clear vase, you also get to see the way the plants roots grow. It really makes for some very pretty designs. I have seen colored ones also. So I decided I wanted to experiment with these because they are clear. I decided to see if I can make a few of these turn red and some orange. I wanted some color ones to put in a crystal vase I have. I put 5 cups of water and added a few drops of food coloring until I got my color. I added 1/2 tablespoon of the clear beads. I gave it over night to see what I would have. See pictures below for the results.I couldn't believe that you add 10 cups of water to 1 tablespoon of these beads. I actually had my husband read that to be sure I wasn't mistaken. This bag has 3.5 ounces of Clear polymer pearls. It will make up to 3 gallons or 12 quarts of perals. I love water beads!
