This is very good bread!

I was looking for a good healthy whole wheat kind of pita bread or pita pocket (no sugar added, no oils), to go with a two different dishes I made on the Forks Over Knives diet. I had just cooked a nice meal in advance of the weekend, then realized that the whole wheat pitas I'd brought home from a florida farmers market and intended to use for the meal were moldy! Oh no! I was unable to get to a grocery store due to the demands on my time, so I decided to check Amazon, and after checking out all the whole wheat pitas, and reading the reviews, I decided to go with the pockets made by Toufayan.One reviewer mentioned they're nice folks, and he even got his the next day!The delivery date was more than a week out, so I contacted Toufayan to explain that I doubted I could get them the next day (it was already maybe after 9PM), but I would certainly appreciate it if there was anything they could do to get them to me sooner than the date Amazon said I'd get them.I explained I'd just cooked a meal, and needed the pitas to go with it!To my surprise I received the delivery either the next day or the day after, WOW!My heart is full of gratitude - and thanks to the reviewer who mentioned they're a nice family to buy from.He is right. I'll always support this amazing family who's not just in the business for the money, they care about the customers.Thank you Toufayan family - the world needs more people in business like you.It's time for dinner now, and I'm about to open the bread - I'm hungry, but I had to take a moment to give gratitude to you beforehand. Have been using this product for a long time. We are no longer able to find them in the usual stores we used to buy them from. We are very grateful to be able to order them online. They are delicious and stay fresh for a long time.

I have to limit the types of bread I can have and the size. The Toufayan sandwich size and quality. I can fill it with any type of sandwich meat, pimento cheese mix, egg salad or breakfast eggs with turkey bacon or sausage. It is perfect! I am single so this size works great. I just freeze and defrost what I want without loosing it's freshness and tastefullness. The three bags may seem expensive but not when you think of how many servings are in them and for someone who is single, that is a plus. As a diabetic, one sandwich pocket filled with a goody does not raise my blood sugar above what it should be. Thank you!

Pocket sandwich are so easy. Any salad, chicken, egg, tune, etc works great in. Can't wait to try for Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches.
