Key Fob fits Viper Hornet DEI Python Clifford Aftermarket Alarm Keyless Entry Remote (EZSDEI7141)

It’s exactly how my original alarm look like and works perfectly fine no complaints here

KEY FOB WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SAME MODEL AND FITS PERFECTLY. I WAS ABLE TO SWAP OUT COMPONENTS VERY EASILY & USED A FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVER THAT I USE ON MY WATCHES TO DO SO. ONLY TOOK A MINUTE AND WAS DONE. NOW IT'S LIKE NEW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF THE COMPONENTS ARE STILL GOOD.

The keyring loop on the Python 7145P is too thin and breaks easily due to normal use, so I needed a replacement but didn't want to pay for a whole new remote. I asked in customer questions if this would fit the Python 7145 alarm remote. One person said they didn't think so, a second said it definitely wouldn't. They were both wrong. I went ahead and ordered it to try it for myself, figuring it was only $8 and offered free returns. Turns out it fits the Python 7145P perfectly. The case is somewhat different in size and shape, but the electronics inside are identical. This case is actually an improvement on the Python; the loop for the keyring is a bit thicker and looks like it will last longer (hopefully), and the feel of the buttons is better. If you have a Python 7145P, definitely get this as a replacement case.Five stars for this great replacement case. One star for Amazon's terrible customer support that was unable to figure out how I could add the correct answer to the question I had asked - after half an hour of chatting they still didn't even understand the problem. It's also way harder than it should be just to get in touch with Customer Service, but take the hint, it's probably not worth the effort. For the Customer Questions, if you don't know the correct answer, don't post your answer, you're just adding noise. I'm now going to delete that question so it doesn't mislead anyone else.

It works fine. Just what l wanted.

Good price. Easy to install. After about four months, the buttons paint wore off, but I don’t really care much. Would do 5 stars if paint stayed at least 1 year.

It was the perfect fit as a replacement

Popped out old fob internals and put into this case and everything lined up and works perfectly

The new fob was easy to open. The old fob board fit perfectly into the new fob case. And then I snapped shut the new fob. The key fob hook is sturdy and can be placed onto the simple, classic, metal key ring as long as the metal ring is not too rigid.
