Gourmet Spice Company Beetroot Powder 50 g

Brilliant food colouring that is natural for Chinese Ribs, Pork and any food that you want red. You do not need heaps of it either. A couple of teaspoons in with your other spices for spare ribs and leave to marinade for 24 Hours.

Very useful to add colour to a dish, eg add to mayo to make pink mayo!

Small-sized for price, not a lot of flavour, easy to use.

A natural food colouring - just dried powdered beetroot. It has a slightly sweet flavour, but not enough to taste when it is added to food. I have only used it in a vegan coconut milk jelly so far, but was very pleased with the pink colour. I haven’t tried using it as a colouring for crafts such as soap making so I can’t say how it would work for that. As a food colouring it works well.
