It works
Made in Taiwan. Taiwan Good. Fits door lock for 2002 Ford e150 van. Also fits window up/ down. Some trimming necessary. Don't be gentle- cut off alignment post at the start. Aside from slightly different shape- the alignment post was not flush with bottom of switch like the OEM. Worth keeping one as a spare. Well pleased. Easy.

Works
It is so nice to be able to replace just what is broken instead of a whole console of buttons. Super easy to install. The price is low compared to some window switches. This was for a 1997 F250 HD XLT.

Worked for my 93' F-250 with minor adjustment (should be the same for F-150)
First off, these are not original. They do not have the U or L for Unlock or Lock. With that being said, I do not think you will miss them. They have the same design otherwise since the U side is dimpled or indented and the L side is raised. If you already used that as a reference to lock and unlock you wont notice. The only modification was to remove the little tab that allows you to insert in the correct reference to dimple side or raised depending on lock or unlock. Factory has the unlock towards the outside on both sides but I would imagine you can swap that if you cared to since you removed the reference tabs. The tabs were put on from the factory because the pins are not different for either side and they can be put on incorrect. With the pins being the same for both sides is why, this switch is for passenger or drivers side.Recommended you replace both so you do not have U/L for one side and not the other. They are low cost so for the price of two, its less than the price of one for the originals.Details on tab mod: Tab needs to be removed completely or flush to the bottom and side. If you do not, the switch will not align with the other side that has the wiring harness. See pics for details with the red circle on the tab.Lastly, I noticed these appear to be actual "window" up/down switches and that is why they have arrows. They also have the correct tab for the window switches so if you need window switches, these should work for that also. See picture that includes windows and unlock switches.

So Easy.
If you're mechanical, this is like a zero on a scale of 100 in difficulty.Easily replace this switch anywhere/anytime in the field with a flat head (or trim tool to pop the trim) and phillips driver (to remove the wiring harness), and two fingers. That's all.NOTE: It appears on F & E series fords that the window regulator switches are both one piece, they're not, just the wiring harness plastic is one piece so you'll need to purchase how ever many switches you need to replace (you may as well do both at the same time).

This can be used as a power door lock button!
I installed this as a power door lock button on the PS front on a 94 Ford F350. This button has a square plastic tab that sticks out the bottom to orientate it in the socket. The original ford button had a L shaped tab. I had to take a sharp exacto knife and simply shave a little off the socket so that this square tab would fit in the orientation hole. Other then that the raised and dimple sides are opposite. Since this button has arrows on it and not a U and L like the original switch it does not really matter but if it bothers you you can cut the orientation tab completely off and flip it around. A little sand paper and a white paint marker and I should have the correct U and L markings. All the power door locks buttons I found were $55 or more. This one will function correctly but is just aesthetically different.
