Not gonna lie at first I thought this was gonna be flimsy but after taking to the field for a training exercise it held up and after a wash it and a 3 day hike it still held up. 10/10

I really like the look of this backpack. It is very stylish and the padding on the straps and back make it very comfortable to wear. The chest strap is a nice feature too. I was really surprised with how many pockets the thing had. I'm not crazy about the side straps on the top because it makes the zipper hard to use. you have to sort of slide your hand through those straps to get it open and closed back. It's not that big of a deal, but it's also not very convenient. Normally I use this bag to carry my laptop in a few books and it works great for that. However, the backpack is slightly smaller than it looks in the pictures. I have taken it hiking and will go ahead and let you know that it is more of a daypack than an overnight hiking backpack. I saw in another review that it said the laptop strap on the inside would not stretch, however mine did come with an elastic strap that stretches pretty far so maybe that was something that they had updated. Overall, I think the bag is great. It makes a great work, gym, and hiking bag. I believe it's worth mentioning that their customer service is excellent if anything ever does happen to the backpack. They have a one year replacement warranty and they really stand behind it.

So I needed a new bag since I was going on a trip to NY with a friend. I wanted something that looked nice and could carry the items I had. This bag looked like it could carry my equipments and it was the style I wanted.I used this bag to carry some clothes , 3 outfits, along with 2 camera, Nikon 3400 with a 18-55mm lens , a D7200 with a 70-300MM lens.I could fit my laptop in too which the size is 13.5inches in length. It has two straps on both side of backpack, which I used to carry my tripod for my camera. There were also some additional “hidden pockets” which I personally use to put some small items like my charger and additional batteries for my camera during photoshoot. Now With all those items inside it was packed But only due to the fact that I had my cameras on top so I could switch lens easily instead of going through the clothes to find my other lens. So if I organized everything without worrying about switching cameras and lens, It would all definitely fit just fine.I used my bag for small adventures and photoshoot so I would usually carry my laptop, both cameras and tripod and all those items fit just fine with extra space left.Now I read it’s water resistant. I haven’t yet used it in the rain yet but checking the material, i’m pretty sure it could handle a light rain just fine. I wouldn’t really want to risk testing it out though since my devices are expensive, I always take extra measure just in case, Covering my electronic device in a bag when it rains.Overall I’m satisfied with the bag and I’m happy that I bought it.

Purchased this guy and received same day delivery! Already a great start to a fantastic product. I bought this specifically for a missions trip to Northern Ireland knowing we would do lots of hiking and it did not disappoint!! Climbed the Slieve Donard (highest point in Northern Ireland, pic of halfway up is attached) my friend carried this backpack and said it felt pretty solid going up (chest strap really helped). I carried it going down and felt great with it. Caribeaner hook ups on the shoulder straps allowed for me to clip in a Bluetooth speaker (blasting Queen) making the hike even better!The good stuff;There are many pockets (some hidden) that allow for lots of storage spaceThere are tons of straps to allow more control of bulkiness and weight distributionColor/material is great for protection and styleMatieral is soft/comfortable on the backLots of room inside for laptop, books and notebooks for schoolLooks great for everyday backpacking needsCons:While there is a good chunk of space, just a bit more would be nice.Straps on the bottom don’t allow very much room for let’s say a tent (have yet to try but the straps are not adjustable so I’m not holding my breath)Doesn’t have a waist strap (for more stability) which is not a huge deal if you’re casually hiking, but it would’ve been nice.Overall, if you’re a newbie hiker and or just need a book bag for school you’d like to go places with this is it for you!!

My second Vaschy bag. Works as intended. Fits my 14-inch laptop with its case. Velcro strap does go over it and it stays on. Roomy. Beyond the laptop, you can throw inside a large thermos, a few textbooks, and even a sweater for a subway. As pictures have shown, it only has like 3 smaller pockets on the inside, but that's enough for me. There's also a hidden pocket as well as a pocket that carries things inside the top flap. I haven't used it for camping, just for daily travels through the city. Lots of straps to maintain the shape you want. I don't like bags that kind of stick out on the bottom--this one maintains its uhhh verticality because of the straps on the side of the bag and I guess it's just designed that way anyway. My only con is that it takes a few more seconds and both hands to fully close or open the bag because of the extra flap on top. But it's really no big deal. Comfort. The bag is as comfortable as any other bag I've had. It rides kind of high though so whatever top you wear, the back of it will also kind of go up a bit, but mainly if you find yourself running a lot because you're late. Haha.

Not big enough.

I purchased a messenger bag from them a while ago and I loved it so I got their backpack too. Very high quality material. The design is really nice and it is comfortable on your shoulders. The padding is very soft. I am 5'8'' (see picture) and it's not too big and not too small. Perfect size. It fits comfortably my MacBook Pro 13". I really like that the zipper on top is covered in case it rains. My favorite feature is that it "shrinks" with the help of the side belts (2 on each side). This is perfect in case you want the content not to move or just if you want to storage it. It also has a ton of pockets so it's great for traveling and hicking. Very satisfied!

Estoy bastante satisfecho con mi compra, estaba buscando una mochila útil pero que no pareciera que iba a subir el cerro saliendo de la escuela. Entre varias opciones, me topé con esta y decidí pedirla tras ver buenos comentarios. Llegó bastante bien, la tela se siente de buena calidad, resistente y lo que mas me agrado, resiste una llovizna sin problema.Lo que yo buscaba en una mochila es que tuviera el compartimiento para el termo de agua con un tirante ajustable, para no ponerle tanta fe al resorte y esta mochila cumple en ese apartado y me da la confianza de que no se caerá mi termo el instante en el que decida correr un poco.Compartimentos chicos, esta el que esta por encima del compartimento grande, que funciona como "capa", ahi puedes meter varias cosas, es un compartimento chico pero bastante profundo, bueno para acomodar plumas, cables, cargador, etc. Por el otro lado de donde pones el termo, esta un pequeño compartimento con zipper, chico pero bastante util para mantener ahi un gel sanitizador para estos tiempos y finalmente, el que esta por un costado del lado que da a la espalda, como para guardar un pasaporte, bastante util.Ahora hablando de lo mas importante, el compartimento principal. Me gustó bastante en el sentido de que esta bastante profundo pero tiene una que otra bolsa ahi, como para poner el cargador, que utilizo el que esta encima de la funda de la laptop. Del otro lado hay una con una membrana que esta buena, ahi es donde pongo la bocina. Finalmente, tambien tiene dos bolsos donde puedes poner la calculadora sin problema alguno, queda bastante fija y de esta manera no se te pierde debajo de todos los libros.

The backpack arrived early and was packaged very nicely. It is a medium bag but is big enough to hold my laptop and a few textbooks.The bag has very convenient pockets on the inside and especially on the outside.The outside pockets are very convenient for putting my wallet and keys, it's easy to access and is more secure than putting into my pocket. As for the inside of the bag it is well organized and keeps my things easy to access if I need it. There is also a pocket on the top cover that is pretty big. The material of the bag is nice and is water resistant, it is good for medium rain. The bag itself is comfortable. Overall a nice bag for school, work and even for hiking because of its size and water resistance.I have been using it for almost a year and I had a rip from lifting it from the carry handle that ripped the strap as well. It was holding quite a bit of weight that would be better for a larger bag. Though having it rip on me, the bag was still in its 1 year warranty and the associates at Vaschy was very easy to work with and got me a brand new replacement bag within a few days. Very friendly and helpful workers at Vaschy!

Nice backpack and nice navy colour. It has a number of pockets and the best part in my opinion is that the large compartment has a zipper to enclose it completely so you know nothing will fall out like can happen with drawstring backpacks. Plus, the top cover covers the zipper, which makes it even less likely that you’d have any water potentially leaking in. Very thought out. The only downside in my mind is that it’s not very large. I would have liked it to be a little larger to fit more things. It’s an okay size for a day back though.

Después de 6 años sin cambiar de mochila (y viendo que ya era necesario hacerlo), me encontré con esta mochila; que si bien se ve sencilla, resulta muy práctica.Le cabe a la perfección mi computadora de 15.6", libretas, cargador...La he usado para ir a caminar en montañas y ríos, me sirve para mi ropa y al parecer sí aguantó la mojada que le puse.Muy buena mochila :)

Though the quality of the backpack is great, it's not nearly as spacious as advertised. You can fit a lot of small things inside but pretty much useless for someone who does groceries on foot; I can fit a carton of almond milk, a bunch of bananas and a couple of vegetables at most. Maybe a bottle of water on the side pocket. Way overpriced for what it is. Disappointed.
