Used as part of my anti-aging regimen
I use this collagen at half dose with another powder marine collagen at half dose ... it is hard to say if this works because I live a healthy-fit lifestyle overall, but I feel like my skin is healthy and people often think I am younger than my age so I feel like this probably helps with my overall anti-aging regimen.

Ok, hear me out. I bought these about 3-4 months ago and I haven’t seen any difference. I’m almost done with the bottle and I’m just finishing the bottle just to do it. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuit wait………. Tell me why all of a sudden my natural nails are strong enough to stay as long as they have grown! My hair is also getting really long and I was wondering why and then I realized it took a little time for these to start working! I’m buying another bottle!

Not sure it’s working
I’m going to try ano mi th ir two to see if there’s any improvement on my condition. However this second bottle smells terrible, I leave it open to air out!

Highly recommend , Noticable boost.
Highly recommend.My nails grew fast and strong,I usually keep my nails short but that's how I noticed, some people thought I had them done.I usually eat healthy but this vitamin really gives you a noticable boost.
