Chezmoi Collection3-Piece Micromink Sherpa Reversible Down Alternative Comforter Set (Queen, Gray)

I read all the reviews on this comforter before purchasing (all the negative ones first). After having bought a different comforter of a different brand and having to send it back, this one was my second best choice for the money I wanted to spend. This one I will keep. It is very nice looking. I have a full size bed and bought a queen comforter. It fits nicely from tot to bottom, but wish it were a bit longer on the sides. With mattresses and box springs being a bit taller these days, it's hard to find a comforter that accommodates that and still get the right size. I washed it in my washing maching (which is not large). This comforter is a bit too big for it. But the stuffing inside the comforter did not bunch up (except in one spot, and I can live with that) and become lumpy after the first/only wash. I will consider going to a laundry mat to wash this, so it can get a proper wash and tumbe. For those who have a large washer/dryer, you should have no problem. When I purchase my next one (which I will), I will get a king size. It is very soft and velvety to the touch on the top side. The Sherpa underside looked like it was going to be too thin for the warmth I was looking for from first glance, but I was wrong. I am typically a 'cold' person (especially my feet), so I like to be toasty warm in bed. I do have a blanket between my sheet and this comforter, but I have found that I am so warm when I sleep with this comforter that I get hot. I even turned down my thermostat to lower than normal at night so the heat wouldn't come on. I will try removing the middle blanket and just use the comforter in the near future just to see how it fairs. I am hoping it is lightweight enough for the summertime here. Because it really is very cozy.The downfall for this comforter for me is... If you have cats/dogs, this may not be for you. I have a primairly indoor cat. Her nails are very sharp (cutting/trimming is not an option). She is not a kneeder in the case of her being on the bed. But because her nails are so sharp, even when she gets a nail stuck, it does cause the top layer and stuffing inside the comforter to come out, and then you have little pufts of white filling sticking out. My only solution at this point is to burn the little 'tears' with a lighter. But that makes the soft on the top become rough. I can't speak for those who have dogs, but if they are of a larger bread, you may not want to consider this comforter as something they should get. If it's for a guest room, it's perfect. For a college dorm, it's perfect. If you don't care about a few small tufts of inside puff coming out, it's perfect.

First and foremost,I must say this is my all time favorite comforter ever.I have a queen size bed,but i ordered a large size because my bed is so tall i need a step ladder to climb in. So the extra size makes it look and feel perfect.I have never bought a sherpa style blanket of any sort before.I geuss I didnt know what I was missing.It is super soft,and warm. Whilest you are asleep-it doesnt shift at all.I have been useing this set for 1 month now,I am still as happy with it.This set comes with the comforter and two pillow shams.And for 50.00 that is quite a steel.It is macheine washable. the size is as follows:King 104"x90", Shams 20"x36". The material is Polyester.I have never slept so well in my entire life. I would deffinately reccomend any one who is looking for qaulity and comfort to buy this set, I promise you will not regret it.It also arrived on time,very happy about that.

I absolutely love the blanket but only 3 stars as it’s just barely as wide as my king size mattress. Drives me nuts when sleeping and it makes it easier for the wife to steal. I’m going to keep looking for a blanket that doesn’t skimp on size

Just put this on my bed and knew instantly I was writing a review. This may be the best bedding I've ever purchased. It is super soft. Fits my bed super well, the pillow shams fit properly and are also super soft, and the material just feels like good quality. I even ordered some amazon brand microfiber sheets and oh my, I may have the best sleep ever.Just buy it. Trust me.

Absolutely in love with this blanket!!! It is beautiful, super soft, and has held up to several macine wash and dries. It looks and feels luxurious. Surprising quality for the price. I almost did not buy because of another review about worms and my experience with other sheroa blankets BUT I further researched and those worms were most likely moths so make sure your blanket packaging is well sealed before you open and wash immediately upon receipt and before use. This blanket does not become two blankets sewed together at the ends after washing like other sherpa blankets I have had. The shams are made withe the same material on both sides. This has become my favorite blanket and I look forward to snuggling under it every night. The only issues are that the sheen on the color side means that the color is lighter than the posted picture and because I ordered a King size, the shams were also King size. I wish there was an option to purchase standard shams with a king blanket and / or separately.

Super soft fluffy and warm. I originally gave this 5 stars everyone in the family loves it. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and myself. I noticed right away they stitching for the squares has lines where they don't line up like it was removed and restitched maybe. I wasn't too upset but then after less than 3 weeks of using it I found holes where the fabric wasn't sewn right both on the inside and outside in different places. They were invisible but I found them on my side while making the bed. I wonder if there are more I haven't found. I am afraid now that if I wash it that it will fall to pieces. I would give it less stars but it is so comfortable but it won't last and that's a shame. We wanted to love it.

Talking about a wonderful comforter! It's perfect! It's so soft and fluffy. I purchased a King size for my Queen bed and it fit perfect. Be aware that you'll have to purchase bigger pillows if you have standard pillows for your queen bed. King shams requires King Pillows

This was my favorite purchase ever made...the coziest, softest, greatest quality blanket ever... but then the white part started to collect lint after about 3 months & no matter how many times it is washed & hung to dry the little gray lint balls won't come out. My soft blanket suddenly was very uncomfortable with the lint feeling like little beads. We're still using it but we sleep with it lint side up. It was so cozy that I may still would recommend if maybe there was a way to keep it from "linting". Maybe dry clean?

It’s good when it’s new. Didn’t smell chemical, very soft, comy and will sure keep you warm during cold winter days. But….there’s a catch. It attracts dirt and stick on it, tough to remove even when you laundry it several times they will just stuck there forever and picking them one by one? Good luck with that. It’s a pain. And don’t put this in the dryer even on low it will burn. But it’s good when it’s new but not a for long time use.

Although some reviewers have said this is a warm blanket, I guess it depends on your house temperature and what you are using it for. It would definitely be warm enough to use as a throw blanket, but we have it on our bed. Although it is very soft and looks nice, it really isn't all that warm. I had to add another blanket to the bed in order to be comfortable.

UPDATE Oct 2, 2020: I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now. It keeps shedding! I've contacted the seller for help but they were unable to. I love how soft it is but it's annoying to keep picking up pieces of polyester...I was hesitant to spend this much money on a comforter but once you touch it, you know it's the real deal. It feels so luxurious to the touch and it's the warmest, comfiest thing I own.

This blanket is possibly the best purchase I've ever made on amazon. The material feels amazing and the quality is excellent. I was worried about washing it after my dogs jumped on it and shed on it but the blanket cleaned up just fine in the machine and feels/looks just as perfect as before. For the price you will not find a better comforter anywhere.

I purchased this for a new room that was being built...then covid hit! (delay, delay, delay)So by the time I opened this all the way up put on my bed it was too late to return... I found many flaws in the covering and I am crazy disappointed!!!That said, as this is a "crushed" material it is not outwardly noticeable to others, and I really like how soft and comfy this set is, so give some to get some?If this didn't have the flaws in the purple covering material it would have a 5 star rating
