Irritated because when I buy something that is supposed to be brand new, I expect it to be close to perfection. That’s just me. When it arrived, it was clear that someone had creased it very badly on the back. I could tell that shipping itself was not the cause of this. So I’m very disappointed in that regard. However, the dictionary has several words that will be useful when needed on the spot.Still super irritated about the creases!
