Accurate, small but very short cable
I tried to add anderson power pole connectors which was not that easy because the cable is very short. Otherwise the readings are quite accurate and are very close to my multimeter readings. The display is a bit hard to read in the sun though.

Dangerously inaccurate
Maybe I got a defective one, but the amperage measurement on this was crazy wrong. I hooked it up to a DC variable power supply and put a cartridge heater on as a load, and it read 0.1 amps when it actually had 1.12 amps running through it.At bare minimum, if you buy this, check it out right away on your bench! Don't assume it works and install it anywhere.

Very Accurate but Quality Should be Better
I reduced it to 3 stars because of sloppy assembly, but it is much more accurate than the plastic ones I have used.I compared Volts and Amps readings to my Fluke Multimeter and it compared almost exactly! Of course YMMV.It's helpful that the display permanently displays Volts, Amps and Watts and cycles through Wh, Ah, etc.I did notice that the display was misaligned with the case opening. So I removed the case screws to see what was going on and discovered that the the PC board assembly was flopping around loose inside. The PC assembly had a piece of double sided tape on the bottom, but the protective paper had not been removed. It wouldn't have stuck anyway, because the red wire is thicker than the tape and the tape didn't touch the back surface. Also, inside the case the bare end of the of red + wire where it connects to the sense resistor was jammed up against the back surface of the case and shorted to it. In most cases, this wouldn't matter unless the case was somehow connected to the Negative terminal of the power source. Here's what I did:-Added a piece of electical tape to insulate the bare end of the Red + wire inside the case..-Added a piece of thick double sided tape to the original double sided tape, centered it and stuck it down.- Reassembled the caseSo now, I have an accurate meter for a very affordable price.Though, as a customer, I should not have had to rework it..

Works like it should
I have a few of the 100amp model of this. This is my first 150amp version. I like the looks of this one better plus it can handle more amps and it cost just a tiny bit more than the 100amp model. I like the rubber exterior much better than the metal cover on the 100amp version. I'm happy.

Leads are too short
Decent product in spite of the short leads. Fairly accurate when compared to the DVM.If you have decent assembly/disassembly and soldering skills, you can remove the short leads and replace them with longer leads. Recommend using silicone wire but regular power wire will work.Photos are for reference and to give you an idea of the labor involved. I held the new leads in place with alligator clips.I have two more exemplars of this product I will modify when I rebuild my battery boxes.
