Strong and Secure.
This arrives in a very heavy box, it was well packaged, and all the pieces were pretty easy to recognise. There is quite a bit of building needed, and the two box bedroom areas, require some tricky polls to be screwed inside on each corner, which was a bit difficult. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials used, the fur is lovely and soft, and feels quite dense, it has quite a lot of thick fibre board as the bases on the levels, so should be strong enough as the cats grow bigger. (Currently being used by two little kittens) The cats loved the sisal wraps and pretty much started to use them as soon as it was up. It is a large piece when built, but feels like it has plenty of room for the two cats at the moment. It does come with a wall mounting strap, and if your cats are heavy or large, it probably would be a good idea to ensure it doesn't fall over. Overall I feel this is a great buy, it’s much cheaper then similar items I’ve seen in shops, and yet is still good quality, just be aware, it needs quite a bit of building.

Great Tree for Ferrets!
I thought I'd give a review for a somewhat different use: for ferrets instead of cats.We chose this one for height and the fact there is a basket bit (ferrets love hammocks and anything similar) and not just 1 but 2 cubby hole areas. Our ferrets aren't stupid high-jumpers, so they are safe to use one of this height (although I wouldn't go higher) as long as we keep it on carpet in case they do take a tumble accidentally (which has always happened so far on the mid-lower levels but not often). We also wanted them to be able to reach the windowsill nearby; one of them is super-explorer-ferret and loves going all kinds of places to investigate. It works splendidly for both of them, as they enjoy exploring on it and hiding in the cubby holes for a nap with a blankey. One is a particularly large male and fits comfortably in the basket on his own, though the other is happy to just snooze right on top of him!The quality of the carpet isn't great, but I wouldn't expect it to be on something such as this. It's meant to be scratched up and destroyed after a couple years or so. The thing that surprised me was that the walls of the cubby areas aren't solid wood but just stretched carpet. They come flat-packed as two carpeted boards top and bottom and the carpet in-between stretches out when you attach them to the bigger carpeted boards. Not a problem for us, but just something to note.We also discovered our more instinctual ferret goes crazy for bells when he discovered the puff ball that hangs from the top and comes with a bell attached. He became so obsessed with it that he would stretch out the string as far as he could get it (almost to the floor) and let it bounce back and attack it like it's prey. I imagine cats might do something similar if not just paw at it a bit. The unfortunate thing is that his obsession ended in death for the bell ball, and even the replacement ball met a similar end in a matter of days. Fortunately we monitored him closely while playing with them (it was too entertaining not to!) and were able to retrieve the tiny bells and destroyed fluff balls so that he couldn't accidentally ingest either. (The bells are quite tiny, so beware!)The only cons for ferrets would be their propensity for stashing food in the cubby areas and the bottom base being used as a poo spot, which might be our fault for keeping it in a corner. We easily deal with the food-stashing, so it's not a big issue and would inevitably happen with any little closed-off area they might find, but the bottom base had to be removed due to the soiling that was occurring. We instead use puppy pads under the whole unit so that cleanup isn't a huge issue if they happen to dig up the pad a bit and poo under it, but luckily we've always used puppy pads for them. It might be possible to keep a litter tray of a certain size underneath if that's what other ferret owners use. The integrity of the unit hasn't suffered at all with the removed base; it's just as stable with the 4 pillars being used as legs.Although there are minor cons (with workarounds) for using it with ferrets, I've given it 5 stars, as it's a great sturdy unit and I could easily see cats absolutely loving it. It's a good size for small-medium cats, but just be aware if you have a huge cat like a Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest Cat or something similar, it's probably not going to fit in the basket and the cubby areas might be too small as well. Otherwise, we highly recommend it, especially for ferrets who stay safe and don't like to do stupidly bold high jumps!

Good Sturdy Cat Tree
The tree was quite easy to assemble, one step required a lot of tension to hold the legs over the holes but was easily overcome, the entire unit feels very sturdy, great value for money and the fabric is nice and soft.We did have 1 piece missing upon delivery so providing customer service is helpful I'll update the review. The tree will need a good hoover after assembly as the fabric leaves tufts of fluff and the wood structure leaves some small parts about that I wouldn't want my kittens eating, will update later down the line if I find any issues.Update: Spoke to customer service and had the missing part delivered, took a while but the kit is complete now!

Nice Sturdy cat tree
Needed a sturdy cat tree as my male cat is a bit of a heavy lump! And I also needed it to be a good height from ground so the cats could escape up away from our dog if they wanted and this tree does both of these things, abit on the dearer side than some others I looked at but worth the money , and looks good in my grey living room.

Great item, but all fixings were missing.
This tree is lovely. Sturdy and material is soft and comfortable for our cats. The building of it takes a while especially as you can't see what you are doing inside the houses so have to rely on feel alone to fill the screw holes but we managed and once fully up the whole thing looks good and is very stable. The down side, ours arrived with no screws or bolts at all in the box. Luckily our old tower is ready for the knackers yard so we were able to use some of the bolts from that after we dismantled it leaving us a few short to work with for the time being. We chose the safest areas to leave without for now and will get some from a hardware store tomorrow. Worth checking everything before you attempt to build thats for sure. Apart from this, we are very happy with this purchase as are our 3 moggies as you can see, 10 minutes after it was erected they're in it.Edit- seller was very helpful in sorting a solution for us very quickly and efficiently when advised about missing fixtures.

Really good value for money and very good quality
The cat tree is very sturdy and does not tip even when two cats jump on at the same time. Our previous one would tip over. There are many different compartments, section for the cats.We have 3 cats and they can sit on the fat tree at the same time and still have their own spaceIt was fairly easy to assemble though took a little setting up. However the instruction are very clear.

Solid design with two large houses
This cat tree is very sturdy with a plush platform that our cat loves to sleep on. He also uses both houses and sometimes sticks his foot out of the window, lol. The only part he doesn't use is the hammock. I don't know if he doesn't feel safe in it or he is a bit too big to fit in it comfortably. He is only 10 months old but he is a big cat. Considering how solid this cat tree is and how big the houses are compared to others, this cat tree is excellent value for money. I recommend it.

Excellent produit
