Description

The UGT-ST644R uses Marvell 88SE9230 Chipset, it is a simple RAID Host controller and not a high end RAID controller. It is design for home use and not for servers. It support 6Gb/s drive and legacy SATA 3Gb/s or 1.5Gb/s drives. It uses the same cable and connectors as previous SATA generations to ease integration. Come standard for PCI Express 2.0, use MUST have a stable true PCIe x4 slot or x8 or x16 slot. This controller can be easily configured as 4 individual ports with no RAID or with RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 10, and HyperDuo capabilities.
