Had issues but sorted out quick and easy with on the ball customer service.I have a weak lower back and had being using wide back braces/supports for years when doing manual work and by accident came to start using a different brand sacroiliac belt which proved to be a life changer, more targeted better support in the exact area of weakness/soreness.So trying this new belt for about a month a few points of note.It's a large belt, I'm a 90 kg man and it plenty big enough and still not bulky on the excess wrapIt's a little stiff still but being new that's understandable but still comfortable to wear.It's velcro is the fine grade type which I was worried about coming loose but it's great, it's very secure and supportive and stays in place during long hours of physical work.In summary, I can't comment on its effectiveness for women for which it seems to be completely aimed at (you nearly lost the sale for that reason) but for me it gives me confidence tackling heavy lifting/ driving a tractor for long periods etcHighly recommended

I have been suffering with hip, thigh and back pain for a few months, making sleep difficult and my movement stiff and painful. I did lots and lots of googling and thought i would see if it was an SI issue. There are a few youtube videos guiding you through tests you can do at home to see if certain positions make the pain occur. One of these tests also included a test to see if a belt would help. Basically get a (close) friend to firmly hold your hips whilst you walk. If that feels easier, a belt may help.The belt came quickly and i put it on straight away. It has one large elasticated belt that you wrap on first and then there is an attached thinner belt that sits on top that you then stretch and fix in to position. My over belt came detached after a couple of uses. It is still wearable and i will put a single line of sewing to fix it back at some point.It can get a bit hot but not too bad. I dont wear it next to my skin. I have ‘softer hips’ as the leaflet calls them! so i do get a muffin top when i wear this, so you will want to choose a nice baggy top when its on.After a week my pain has substantially reduced but i have also started doing 20 minutes of a low setting on a tens machine on my hip in the evening. And because the pain is much less severe i am starting some gentle non impact exercise.

The belt is fine, but have only had it a few days and the cover on the Velcro fastener has already parted.Don’t know if this is a one off or not but going with my experience of the quality of the item not sure if I would buy again.

Haooy with the sacraliac belt. Very comfortable and soothing to my bad back. Hides easily under clothing.

I was pleased with this at first, felt good and gave support and was lightweight which is what I wanted. However after about a week the velcro strap that fastened it around the body came apart, the velcro backing came off the backing fabric. I did receive a refund.

I really like the fact that you can adjust the required firmness with the secondary strap.
