Professional Chef's Knife Roll, Waxed Canvas Knife Organiser, Culinary Bag Wrap, Travel Tool Roll Pouch Storage

I purchased this knife roll to contain my portable butchering kit. It holds my knives and honing steel. It could be a little longer but holds knives up to 8 inches with the top folded down and up to 10-inch knives without folding the top. Folding the top down prevents the knives from sliding out of the roll. Also, common sense dictates that you use blade protectors to keep from cutting the heavy cotton duck material. If you have no common sense, then by all means cut away and then complain about it.

If you are taking your knives to be sharpened or anywhere for that matter - this is an awesome carry tote. PS if you do take your knives out for a drive be sure to put them in the trunk.. apparently you should not have easy access to a weapon while driving.

Pictures are not accurate. Each sleeve is same width. The canvas is heavy duty, tie straps lightweight, overall seems like it will hold up for a long term.

Nicely made but the slots are not at all like the photo. The slots are all narrow and can't accept a chef's knife. Not even close.

Bought this to store utensils, knives, etc. in an RV drawer without rattling. It is heavy canvas coated in wax and great for this use, I will buy more of these in the future.

Don't buy this if you keep your knives sharp. I've only used this for about a week and taken the knives out 3-4 times and I've already cut through the stitches in one section and the canvas in another. I discovered the hole by slicing my finger on the blade from the outside after rolling it and tying it closed.

Fits my knives with sheath on each. Small and compact for travel. When brand new it has a slight chemical smell. I left it out for a few days and the smell dissipated.
