This product does make me feel cleaner and helps boost my mornings. but I've only taken this for a week. I usually take one tab a day in the morning with 16 oz. of water as directed. The tab takes about 3 minutes to dissolve all the way. It turns the water grayish and the taste is not amazing but it's not an issue either, you can't really taste taste it. It's just different than straight water. And the boost from it is not like two expresso shots, it's more like your body is recharged. For all the talk about H2 water bottles I would say save your money and just get these tabs. They do the same thing just without having to purchase a special water bottle that requires you to charge it. Per tab the cost is very reasonable. I crush the tab while it's dissolving with a spoon or straw. while it dissolves there's some effervescence which brings a film to the top of the water. As soon as the tab is fully dissolved stir the mixture slightly and drink the full glass in one go. Apparently the H2 gas in the water dissipates relatively fast so you can't just leisurely sip on it for 30 minutes without loosing its intended effect. I'm definitely going to make this a regular morning practice going forward. If nothing else it's a nice morning ritual and I get 16 oz. of water with some magnesium (see label) first thing in the morning despite whether the H2 positively enhances anything else in your body.

After using this for a few days, I did a 20 mile hike and to my amazement I had barely any muscle pain the following days. It has helped immensely with post workout recovery. I highly recommend this as everyone's daily regiment additive. Looking forward to future long term benefits from this supplement.UPDATE: I've been using this once daily for about 3 weeks- energy levels are way up! I have stopped drinking a second cup of coffee a day and quite possibly might stop having a morning cup also.

I do like this and I feel more clear and energized when I use a tablet in a glass of water. However, I took away a star because it leaves kind of a gray residue at the bottom of your glass which is hard to get out. If you don't mind glasses that look like they've been washed in a pond, then go for it.

I'm not a doctor, so I won't even attempt to speak to the efficacy of the product. Instead, I will speak to my experience with it. Every morning, I drop one tablet into a 16-ounce glass of water. The tablet effervesces for about one minute. The remnant of the tablet rises to the top as it finishes effervescing. (I read a recommendation to breath in the escaping gas, and that's what I do.) The gas is odorless, and the tablet doesn't change the taste. However, I notice it does leave a slight metallic taste in my molars for a few minutes. Maybe this is the magnesium in the tablet interacting with my fillings. I don't know, but it doesn't really bother me.

Very strong metallic taste, like chewing on machinery. I was surprised to see ingredients like dextrose, malic acid, L-tartaric acid, and adipic acid, none of which are naturally occurring in this form and don’t seem necessary here. Also seems to include a magnesium supplement without mentioning it clearly. Overall, not something I’d buy again.

I put this in my water in the morning and I haven’t noticed any difference. Been taking it for a month now.

Excellent- exactly as advertised.I compared this with LILYMOON HYDROGEN TABS. Dr. M’s are times as effective with only one pill vs their 2! You can literally SEE the difference.I take one Tab 1st thing in the morning. No it’s not supposed to make water taste better: it makes you LIVE BETTER. I love the results.
