Oddly, Amazon asks me to rate this for "adhesion" (it's very specifically non adhesive), "absorbency" (again, it is specifically designed to not be absorbent) and finally "water resistance" (it's made of silicon!) I've given this five stars but it really deserves six! It is precisely and exactly the same as used in a hospital A&E. I bought a pack to replace the hospital dressing and am continually amazed at how it protects the healing wound yet comes away after several days (good for ten plus according to the nurse) without any discomfort whatsoever. Amazing. I used a Melolin pad over it with an adhesive over that. Seems to be working.

It is most definitely not why this product exists but it really helped my burnt skin. It kept the old skin intact and moist (?) while the new skin is growing below it. It didn't feel itchy throughout the shedding process.Please consult a nurse/GP before trying. I was being reckless.

Found this when restocking are first aid supplies and came up on Amazon with Fantastic reviews. Brought to try as one of my relatives has very delicate skin and is prone to injury. This worked so well. Used over the laceration as a barrier to the adhesive dressing and prevents any skin damage after the wound has healed. Also definitely speed up recovery and no sticking at all.

Similar dressings were used on my injury at the hospital worked very well made the dressing more comfortable and were easily removed. No adhesion to the injury

I have skin grafts on my legs, I'm using these on a burn on my skin graft, they are definitely helping with the healing process. These will actually stick to your wound which makes life so much easier, used in conjunction with a good absorbent pad and your sorted. They are well priced and are a must for anyone who has burns or skin grafts that need healing.

Well I bought these after spending so much on other dressings that stuck to my wounds despite them saying they wouldn’tThese are fantastic they really DO NOT stick to my open weeping wounds so thank you so much less pain

The product was used for a very nasty burn injury. Kept the wound sterile and allowed it to breathe to speed up the healing process.

Effective in protecting an open wound. They don't stick to the wound like pint dressings. The wound healed very quickly when I started using them.
