Follow the directions and there will be no issues. Makes smoothies just fine. No issues at all.

I use this to make smoothies and it seems that overall it does well but there are always a couple chunks of fruit that never get fully blended. This could be user error - but I’ve tried blending it for longer and shaking it and then blending again - but a couple chunks sneak in there. Overall I enjoy it and like the easy to use cups/lids/device.

It’s great. Not too loud. Powerful. I use it daily and get great results with it. It’s the second one in the family, and we’re Vitamix people usually. This is perfect and small for one person with very easy clean up.

We are so happy with this product. We used to have a nutri bullet but this is so much sleeker and easier to use. It’s perfect for morning shakes and easy to take on the go. Definitely would recommend!

This blender is unexpectedly incredible...Got it for the sleek design, kept it for the sheer power. Fully blended our frozen fruit in probably half the time. Also comes with awesome to-go lids so you don’t have to transfer your shake to a new container.

I've run about 50 protein smoothies through this machine. These generally consisted of frozen bananas, strawberries, baby spinach and protein powder......nothing else. No ice, no hard vegetables and of course using the steel blades. This machine shut down this morning, in the middle of mixing a smoothie in puff of smoke!! Bottom line is that this is NOT strong enough to mix these types of foods - period! I liked the ease of use and cleaning and also the general design........it's just too bad that is all totally outweighed by the use of a weak electric motor installed in a machine specifically designed to make frozen smoothies and the like! Bottom line for the company - put in a better, stronger electric motor!! It's too bad I'm past the return date!

I bought this smoothie blender to make smoothies. Well is can't blend up strawberries and I have chunks left. A smoothie machine should make it 'smooth'. Instructions puts this container on the top of the dishwasher, well it can't clean it. You have to rinse well (let's just say pre-wash the thing) before you put it into the dishwasher or you will be re-washing it again. It is easy to use but it got jammed in the on position and I liked to never get it undone. Don't know what happened there. I really would like to return this and get a different brand. Would not recommend buying this one people.

It's puzzling that the safety instructions recommend not running it for longer than a minute but the engineer failed to add a simple timer to the design. That would make this a fire-and-forget product instead of me having to hover over something that sounds like those Ninja vacuum cleaners. It might also be nice to add a high and low setting to help with the noise (in the morning before your family/baby is up) since the shake mixer probably doesn't require as much power. But, aside from that, it feels well made and seems to get the job done.

Ok so I was unsure if this machine was worth the price. Found it to be a little expensive and as I live in Canada I was unable to order it from the website directly so was forced to buy on amazon. Overall the machine is great for protein shakes which was the reason I bought it. I had a magic bullet and compared to that it is much better. If I put spinach, kale and frozen fruit it cuts it down pretty smooth for a protein shake. The containers are great quality and the machine is very well made. Obviously the vitamix will be better than this product as it is twice as expensive but I found using it is annoying to clean and was so big and as eye sore on the countertop. This machine you are able to keep in the corner on the countertop without any concerns. If you don’t want to spend $200 just buy the nuritbullet for $99.The only two complaints I have is the price as the nutribullet is $99 this machine was $219. Think it was $149 directly from the website if you live in the US. Second complaint is that if you chia seeds or ginger in your blender it won’t grind it down.
