Direct replacement to the Jandy it replaced. Fixed my issue of pool and spa water level issue. Great quality and easy install

I've installed this a year ago and didn't really have any issues since then. It leaked (meaning flow back) very little a few times, the spa was 1-2 inches low in the morning but not happened very open. Likely could be a small leaf or something stuck.

Good quality great fit

Like several of the other reviewers, I discovered that this check valve uses a spring made from inferior steel. It initially produced the required torsional spring force on the flapper but after about 1-1/2 weeks, it started to weaken and my spa began draining again.As you can see in the photo, I removed it, inserted a spacer that increased the spring force, and reinstalled it. It's a temporary fix that will squeeze a few more weeks out of the device, but I do not recommend this Atie brand. All they had to do was use a spring produced from standard quality spring steel, but instead - it's poorly made sino-junk.

This is the second check valve I have purchased. It is easy to install and intuitive. My last one only last 2 years though.

The check valve on my pool wasn't working and the local pool businesses sells these for 5 times as much as this kit on Amazon. Works perfectly and saved a ton of money switching it out myself.
