These really help keep you full! I really like the flavors of them all! My favorite was the coconut!I didn’t mind the texture, but my friend did not care for them too much because she said they were grainy.But I think having something like this that can hold you over for a few hours is really helpful especially on the go!

The bars are my favorite but the packaging is not sufficient to withstand New Orleans postal service... I have received packed in a flimsy paper box and stuffed in a plastic 5 out of 7 times. They are completely smashed upon arrival. I have spoken directly to Amazon about packaging them in a real cardboard box and they mailed in firm box once after that. I cancelled my subscription due to this issue and will no longer purchase from Amazon. Sad they can't get this right. You would think any fragile food product would be packaged in a way they don't get crushed in transit.
