Cat loves it.

Finding food for my cat can be challenging because he is allergic to chicken, which is a widely-used ingredient. Very pleased with Blue because they offer multiple limited-ingredient options that have no chicken, including fish-based and this turkey-based kibble. Luckily, my cat is only allergic to chicken and not turkey. He loves the taste of this food, and I have the peace of mind of knowing that the ingredients aren't going to give him an allergic reaction. Plus, Blue is more affordable than other limited-ingredient options that I've found.

I like that my 11-pound bag lasts 6 weeks for 2 cats. They seem to love it and it makes them regular, which is all I wanted! Their coats are so shiny, soft, and beautiful! I highly recommend it just for the pumpkin in the recipe that keeps them going. I can smell potato in it and it also smells bit fishy, rather than like turkey, as advertised. My little old baby girls can feel better! It's still overpriced for 11 pounds, but it is a lot cheaper than the vet bills!

My two senior cats have been on this formula for most of their lives. Though the bag design has changed over the years the formula hasn't. For as long as they have been on it they have maintained healthy coats, skin, and teeth. Both my cats are 15 years old one with Hyperthyroid and one with Arthritis. We found very early on that this was the one food that didn't cause constant throwing up or stool issues, unlike prior brands we had tried. We recently got an 11-week-old kitten and I caught her sneaking from her kitten formal to the boy's brand. Quality and pricing are one point.

Little hard kibbles are tiny so cat likes that my cat is grain sensitive so it’s pricy to keep grains out .. find it few dollars cheaper in stores .. but hard to find sometimes . 5# bag I get 8# for just a few dollars more. ( most are going to 8#)

My senior cat was having so many issues with vomiting, and I have tried so many different brands of cat food that were healthy. But apparently the issue was because of his age which is 16 years old, and his digestive system has changed. He used to vomit at least a couple of times per week, which was really a mess. His name is Hobby and my other cat which is 8 years old named Skittles. Both of my cats love this food and I also feed them the canned tasteful from Blue Buffalo in the mornings. I no longer have the vomiting issues since I switched to the Basics Limited Diet Grain Free. Very happy I decided to order this food and my cats are happy too!

When my one cat got really ill we had to put her on a very strict diet and we had to do it very quickly. As all cat owners know you are suppose to gradually switch your cats from one food to another. Due to the situation at hand we had to stop feeding the cats the other dry food they were on. Much to my surprise they did not get sick once from the food change. Which I was shocked as I was not even able to gradually switch them over to it. My one cat passed away but I have decided to keep her sister on this long term. I have noticed she rarely gets hairballs or vomits anymore and she seems to not mind the food and eats it up. It's much better on her system and I prefer to keep her on a good diet now that she is getting older. I just wish I would have found it sooner before my other cat developed digestive issues that led to much more severe illness. I really feel the garbage fillers and stuff they are putting in our animals foods played a huge part in her getting sick.

My 14 year old kitty suddenly developed a chicken allergy and was unable to eat any of his prior food. After searching high and low for dry food that contains no chicken and also trying a few that he disliked, I happened upon this option. The first few days he wasn't sure about the food. I think it's bc he had so many changes all at once and it took some time to adjust. But now he adores this food. He doesn't have many teeth, but the kibbles are small, so he can take his time and happily chomp away. His coat is shiny again...no more hot spots, and his stool is back to normal again as well. He's been acting like a kitten again since changing over to this.
