Needed a replacement fob since the buttons were falling apart on my original fob. It comes with the website links to program yourself, but I took mine to a local locksmith. Avoiding getting the laser cut key since I had a working one that inserts perfectly. I’ll give a 5 star for durability for now and update later if that changes.

Works perfect on 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Programming is very easy on YouTube. Ace hardware charged me another $25 to get the emergency key cut.$50 in total instead of the $300+ the dealership was charging. Very happy with this purchase and the wife is happy her remote start is working again.

This worked perfect as a replacement for my faulty remote. I found easy instructions online how to program. You take and an existing WORKING keyfob and remote the metal key, then put the remote part in the cupholder or somewhere inside. close the door and from outside use the metal key to turn the drivers door lock to the left 5 times to enter programming mode. Then get in the car (you will see the dash asks for a new key), and put the NEW keyfob in the little keyfob holder pocket inside the center console located at the front top area. Then press the start button once, pull out the new keyfob and hit lock or unlock, then do the same for more new keyfobs. When you are done adding keyfobs, just press and hold the start/stop button for 12 seconds to exit programming mode. That's it! I took my metal key out of my old remote and slid it into this new remote. So unless you lost your whole fob you won't even need the key to be cut. If so just go to the dealer with proof of ownership and they can cut the new blank key that comes with the keyfob. You can add up to 8 keys total. Not sure how to delete old or lost keyfobs. When adding mine it said it was adding key number 3 so my broken key (number 1 or 2?) is still authorized. I will just smash it before dumping it. It doesn't work anyway. I hope this helps someone.

Bought these because I've lost a few car keys in my day. Now the stakes are higher, but the price was cheaper for these knock-offs.Thankfully, I already have two OEM keys for my 2015-2020 Suburban. Programming was surprisingly easy if you follow the online and printed instructions you can easily locate online.While I haven't done an EXHAUSTIVE side-by-side comparison with my OEM keys, I will say that these fobs may be a little janky in terms of distance/functionality.But for sheer replacement value, these are the ones to buy.Having said that, I PROMISE to update this review when/if these keys brick on me. Very high quality key fob. I needed a second key fob for my 2015 Suburban because I only got one key when I purchased the vehicle. Programming was very simple and all functions work perfect. I've never got the physical key cut to my vehicle as I don't see a need for it, everything is digital and my original key worked fine. WAY cheaper than buying OEM from the dealer and having them or a locksmith program it. I've recommended it to everyone with Tahoe's and Suburban's. Must have!

Bought this for my Yukon Denali. It might have worked if it came matched with the right frequency. I ended up having to take the Yukon to a locksmith and have them try. That didn’t work so I ended up getting an OEM key instead.Save your money just buy an OEM from a locksmith or dealership
