I was extremely impressed with the technology, especially how easy it was to use. I was worried it may interfere with my sleep while testing, but I hardly noticed it. The iPhone app was easy to use and did a great job walking you through the process. The results from the test were fairly detailed, all of which I found interesting. I have done a another sleep study about 2 years ago, unrelated to this product, in which the results of this test were virtually the same, however this test gave me more feedback on how I sleep. Thus, I believe the results of this test to be pretty accurate. It is probably a little more expensive than if you were to get a sleep test through your medical insurance, however the convenience of it more than justifies the additional cost. My only criticism is that I wish the report provided included more information on what is a normal range (especially for my age) and definitions on each section. I had to Google some of the terms and research what was considered normal vs abnormal ranges which took some time to decipher. It is a single use device (not sure if this due to technology limitations, medical reasons, or due to profit goals), which seemed a little odd. I wish there was some way to return to be recycled for some type of credit as it felt weird just throwing it away. These were not a big enough issue to reduce from 5 stars. Very happy with purchase and I highly recommend if you can afford it.

The device is easy and comfortable to use, and the report is nice and illustrative. BUT.It is not cheap, which is clear but what is not clear is that they do not tell you that you can only use it one time then throw it away. I could not take the results seriously because they then advertise for a specific CPAP machine, which is suspect. They even offer to send the results to the CPAP company and promise a discount!!

With prices of insurance and medical bill skyrocketing my concern that I was not getting the proper sleep and possibly having apnea throughout the night with easily alleviated with this one simple test saving the thousands in medical testing. Ask him in a very sanitary simple to use kit with everything I needed for to properly take my results to my pcp and look into solutions for my restless nights. Instead of waiting weeks or months for my results, the results were generated in under a minute once i woke up and concluded the study. There are very precise, specific, and easy to follow instructions to make sure you are getting accurate results and that the monitoring is as precise as can be so make sure you follow them to ensure you are getting real results without fault.It was designed for 1 time use which is much more sanitary then those repeated customer uses in the medical offices. Plus i got to save myself an over night stay because no one likes staying in a hospital or doctor facility over night for any reason.

You have to pay extra to get a prescription.

I previously had an in-lab polysomnography test, which was a horrible experience. I slept less than 2 hours, and the report scored my AHI at only 3, so I was denied treatment. I was unhappy and unconvinced but there was nothing further I could do through standard channels. And it cost me over $1000 after insurance.Two years later I decided to take my care into my own hands. After monitoring myself with SnoreLab, I ordered this test on a Wednesday, Amazon delivered it the next day, and I had my automated results Friday morning by 10am. AHI of 49!After a short chat with their sleep technician to review the results the following business day (Monday morning), a pulmonologist in NY wrote me an APAP prescription for an extra $79. I took that prescription to an online source and had my machine on Wednesday.I don't have the standard Dr. and DME relationship, but I'm monitoring my own treatment with great success and will be able to take my study results and prescription with me going forward.

I purchased the test based on the description saying it's "instant" and "within one minute post study sends a report" but it's been 12 hours and no report. I noticed there was a $79 fee to get priority service so I paid for that too, sent a few emails and chat request and haven't heard a peep. Their website indicates they're closed on Sundays, but that shouldn't matter with an "automatic report".Update:I finally received an email with my report a day later confirming my apnea stating someone would be calling me soon to discuss the report and provide a prescription. That never happened. Their 800# goes to a voicemail which is full and doesn't let you leave a message. I'm not sure if this is a scam or just a poorly run business, either way I would steer clear of this product unless you have money to burn and like to gamble.Their "24 hour customer service" is also a lie, I decided to try calling again and was surprised to get a person. Winds up it was an answering service who just relays a message for the morning which will also probably get ignored.Make sure you read all of the reviews, for those who get a call back and their results, I'm sure it's great. Paying $249 plus another $79 for expedited results and an RX which never came is a ripoff for me.

Easy to use and very good product.just a little funny to sleep with.

Cannot say enough good things about this product. I failed with trying to use a CPAP machine years ago and was not really willing to go through the process again - 2 nights in a sleep center with wires, etc., waiting for weeks in between visits, etc. Literally in 1 week from placing this order, I had my CPAP and am sleeping like a baby again! You will not regret this purchase if you think you have sleep apnea. Very easy to use, results were sent within hours, prescription was sent within a day or so, and then I ordered CPAP.
