Shipping is horrible
I did give this product three stars because I know the product itself is very good. This item is not cheap and I believe you get what you pay for however, getting this item shipped changed everything. The item arrived with the box damaged and of course everything inside was dented and bent. This is unacceptable for the cost of this product to arrive like this, very disappointed. Just like several other reviews, this item is being returned and at this time, I’m gonna try to find a local dealer that has these in stock because I do not have confidence that exchanging it for the same item that it would arrive in any different condition. I had to laugh because even on the box it says new and improved packaging. Not even close.

!!!Read up on these before purchasing!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS COVER!!!I have been through two of these in 8 months. The first one came with dents on half the pieces so Amazon was amazing and returned it and shipped another after calling the manufacturer and being told they would not except a return. As soon as you open the box it has a note saying do not contact where you bought it from but to contact Roll N Loc directly for issues. The replacement was better but still had dents on it (read online reviews and you will see this is a common problem with this brand) but they were not as bad so I installed it. After a month pieces started breaking on it and it wouldn’t roll all the way in without pushing it by hand (I spent hours making sure it was positioned properly so it would roll and not bind). After 3-4 months I realized everyone I rolled it in and back out water would just pour out of the canister. Come to find out it doesn’t drain properly and the canister fills up with water and stays there. I’ve tried cleaning out the drain hoses with no luck.Do yourself a favor and read up on this cover before purchasing.

Arrived with extensive damage to all parts. Would love to be installing on truck, but can’t trust them to send one without damage. Hopefully they’ll make this right.
