Does not say "Oshawott."
This toy is sold as a talking "Oshawott" however it's voice is not that of Oshawott. It says "Pichu." Grandchildren VERY disappointed.

FYI
I have not bought this product but for people saying it is saying pichu, it is actually saying miju, referring to oshawotts Japanese name, mijumaru.
