Does what it is supposed to do
I have a Note 5 with a small case on it and it fits snug but it does fit. I imagine if your case is bigger then it would be difficult to get it inside. I had no problem getting it to fit but it did rub me a little raw on the edges...I'll either wear it over my sleeve next time or get some anti chaffing gel. The phone is already heavy so keep that in mind when you buy this or any other case. It did seem to want to "slide" a bit down the arm (when sweating) but when running your arms are bent and it will not "slide" down your arm. I like the case and I think it was a good choice and it's way better than carrying it while running. Hope this helps.

The armband is secure and does a good job staying in place without needing to cutoff blood ...
I've had this armband for a few weeks now and it fits my Note 5 perfectly. For such a large phone, I don't notice it too much on my arm while running. The armband is secure and does a good job staying in place without needing to cutoff blood supply to my lower arm. I do wrap the phone in a plastic baggy before putting it in to avoid sweat through. The touchscreen functions flawlessly even with this additional plastic.

Good, but a bit on the small side
For the most part, this works as advertised. You can operate your touchscreen through the plastic screen, it holds the phone securely and all the holes are in the right place. It's pretty easy to slip the phone in and out. However, it's not big enough to fit on my upper arm which, upon Googling (I am quite overweight), is average sized for a woman of my height. So I wear it on my forearm, which works well enough for my purposes of weight training and light cardio.I also wish the strip that the velcro attaches to went much, much farther.I haven't used this to hold a key, but I have used the debit card holder slot and it kept the card secure and in place.

Great band - even after many runs...
After going on several runs with this armband, I can echo some of the other reviews:- Depending on the shirt I wear, the band will slide. Band to skin is ideal.- The phone is enormous, the band can't be held responsible for the bulkiness. Waist/belt/backpack options may be ideal. I've made peace with the bulk and don't mind it.- There is a gray outline material that peeled away after the first run - no biggie. (See pic)Overall, I'm especially pleased with the arm band.

Pretty great armband for the note 5
This armband is pretty great. My arms are about 13 inches around and this band fits very comfortably without sliding down. It also has plenty of room for expansion if you happen to have bigger arms. My note 5 fits perfectly inside and stayed dry and in place even through my most vigorous workouts. The slot for your key and ID/Money are awesome as well. My only complaint is that I wish I could adjust the volume and turn my screen off while inside the case, but I am not sure any exercise band will allow for that.

when I first got this I was pretty excited. I have a slim case and it ...
So, when I first got this I was pretty excited. I have a slim case and it actually fit without removing it from the case. Then I tried to put it on. The armband itself is tiny. It's adjustable, but apparently it the sizes it fits is from "toddler to tween". My arms aren't huge, 16 inches. It wouldn't even come close to fitting. Out of curiosity I tried it on my 11 inch forearms. It just barely fit. I contacted the company to see if they had an adult size, but they only have the one size. Fortunately I can purchase an extender from the same company for an additional $9.99. Not that they would plan on making it in a smaller size in order to make a purchase! So of course I had to buy an extender because this seems to be the trend for these armbands, making them too small for a full size adult to wear. If you buy one, be aware that you'll most likely be spending more on the extender.

The volume buttons are easy to get to
I was surprised to find that I can fit my Note 5 in the running armband without removing it from it's protector case. The last band I had required me to remove my phone every time I tried to put it in the sleeve. The volume buttons are easy to get to, and I can use the touchscreen even with gloves on. The phone is secure in the pouch and it stays put on my arm without pinching. My only complaint might be that it does get pretty wet with my sweat, but it dries quickly. Overall, I'm happy with the armband.

Pretty good, but snug for a big guy.
Great features. Key holder, gym card OR ID slot on the back, we'll placed headphone connection. My only gripe is that I'm 6'2" 280lbs and it's a bit too tight around my bicep. If you're a bigger guy you might want to consider another option, or wear it on the forearm, which looks silly.. Hoping it will stretch a bit, and hoping I shrink a bit more!
