An excellent adult sized gag gift with surprisingly good quality of construction

This was purchased for my young teenage daughter that loves whimsy and according to her she loves it! Hat is sturdy, the little schmiggle on top is kinda flimsy but it's stayed on so there's that.

The hat itself is a very common hat which is very nice and is also made out of common hat fabrics which is nice. The propeller is also an actual propeller (not motorized, just the right shape) meaning it can spin in the wind. Just as a heads up for any buyers, the propeller has to be attached manually and comes in 5 pieces. The first piece is the propeller, the second is the propeller shaft, and the last three are beads. The beads just hold the propeller blades at the right spot on the shaft and the shaft just allows it to spin. I'm telling yall this in case you're getting this for a small child because the beads can be choking hazards if you're not careful. Just a heads up.

... but the propeller assembly is a little cheap. You can't really beat the price for 2 of them though... the propeller seems cheap, as I said, but it's held up to our 2 yr old messing around with it.

This was for my daughters outfit/costume. It was inspired by a character from Youtube series Half Life VR But the AI is Self Aware. IYKYK? She wanted to create an outfit inspired by Tommy.PERFECT.Fit was great, amd adjustable. HIGH QUALITY and well made. Good value for the price. Worked out GREAT!

The hat itself is okay. The propeller attachment leaves a lot to be desired. I'm torn on if this was worth the price, or still a rip off, hence the three stars. The center post is not attached to the hat and is too long for the beads and propeller, so there is a lot of play and it flops around.
