A perfect gas geyser
This is my second purchase. The product gives instant hot water. No need of plumber if u have a geyser water points available, . The gas lasts 6 to 8 months for a family of 4.The v guard customer care and technicians are very good and complaints are attended very promptly. I had problem with switch which they have replaced it very promptly taking all precautions.

Never go for online
Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Not sure what’s the problem. It just provides hot water for 2 minutes and then stops functioning. No returns. Hence you need to speak to manufacturer to get this fixed. I believe it’s easier to buy a local product so that it’s less cumbersome. And V-Guard products are terrrible these days.

Bad product, didn't start at all!
The product didn't start at all after the installation, the burners didn't ignite, moreover the geyser sent to me was different than what was shown in the pictures, so I retuned the product, however on the safety front I still appreciate V-Guard as at least it didn't flame out with a frightening loud bang like the the Bajaj gas geyser did which I had ordered after returning this product!

I am able to install easily, but one should have water in-let and out-let pipes and LPG connection ready. as these were not provided in the box. Overall I felt the product is good after 2 days of usage.
