Both controllers started malfunctioning after about 12 hours of gameplay. These function OK if all you want to do is look at them and put them on display as hipster retro-cred. Functionally, you may as well have just bought a half-eaten sandwich.

Within the first 5 minutes of playing with it, one of the remotes keeps going out and then coming back about 5 seconds later which is not very desirable when you’re playing a video game. We have yet to use the other one but hope that it works better than the first one did.

Stopped working by the third use! Only one of the two died, but still! This was a birthday gift!! Super disappointed!

One controller worked but not as it should. And the other controller doesn't even work at all.

Both controllers work except for one of the direction buttons. This problem is on both controllers. Not worth my time sending back. I will try to take them apart to see if I can get it working but I think most likely will end up in the garbage.

Product does what its intended to do. feel abit cheap in hands not sure if it can hold up to intensive gaming good for casual use, yet for budget priced controller its about what I'd expect. not as high quality as original snes controllers they do work though.
