My kitty loves this condo!
Great kitty condo, especially for hot summers. My outdoor kitty loves it. She is able to stay warm in the closed in part of the condo when it gets chilly or spread out on the upper level where she can stay under shade and enjoy a breeze. She likes the roof top too. It's especially nice to be up high when critters come out at night. By the way, I purchased the same one 3 years ago, and it's still in decent shape. My only suggestion would be to put a coat of clear stain on it once a year to waterproof and protect it from the weather (especially the flat areas) It will suffer if you don't.

Great so far! Arrived earlier than expected!
The media could not be loaded. We needed a cat house or cat tree for our screened porch that could sustain the weather. This item was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but it arrived on the Sunday before! I was pleasantly surprised. The assembly wasn’t too hard. I would suggest using a drill. Item is sturdy. So far my cats haven’t really explored it yet. Hopefully they will like it!

double check measurements was smaller than we expected
The instructions were not great. Combine that with some of our parts being cut wrong and it made assembly pretty challenging. Really really look at the pictures because some of the pieces can be put together backwards and then you'll have to take it back apart again. The first couple of steps were the hardest due to the pieces being able to fit together multiple ways and the directions being very non specific. If you are careful, look at the drawings closely and pay attention to the details it goes pretty smoothly. It took my wife and I about an hour to put it together. I would recommend using a hand screwdriver and not a drill. This wood would be easy to strip. It is very light. It seems relatively sturdy and I really like the shingle roof. I wish we didn't have to put screws through it but it is what it is. I did find it easier to put the screws partially through the roof before hand because the holes are difficult to see. The last warning is to not assume the pieces are cut correctly. We had 3 pieces that were not built correctly. They had holes on the wrong side of the board . So don't be surprised if you have to adapt when you are putting it together. That's what we chose but I guess we could have asked for replacement pieces. We just wanted to get it together and didn't want the space all cluttered up while we were waiting. Good luck but I do believe you will like the end product. It turns out pretty nice

Highly recommended
Great cat house. Both my boys love it. They have been playing in & on it for the past week. Both of my chubby felines actually fit through the holes & into it together. Very sturdy & easy to assemble. Thumbs up. Very happy

nice, but small for my cat
Nice for kittens, but a bit small for my cat - she's not a big cat, only 10 lbs.

Cat Approved
My cat loves this cat house. I wound up altering the levels a bit because my cat is old and can't jump down on a steep angle and a little chubby so I knew she wouldn't be comfortable trying to get through the holes but once I did that, she took to it right away. It's constructed well and is sturdy. No fear of it tipping over at all. I painted it to match my patio that's why it looks different in the photos.

Flimsy and a danger for cats
Extremely dangerous for cats as its not sturdy enough to support cats using it without displacing the boards or them falling down or off the frames. I would recommend drilling the boards down instead of just placing them as it resulted in the injury of one of our cats because she got stuck in the boards and they fell with her on them. Do better in creating a product that animals can safely use as we now have a hurt animal because the product doesn’t support what it’s intended for. Its horrific that a pet tower would result in the injury of one our pets.

Tasteful and easy to set up.
Beautiful outdoor cat house. We have a big, fenced in backyard. There is not much for them to do. So they got one more cat house for them to enjoy. And they love it. It was easy to set up, didn’t even ask my husband for help. Only thing I will do, I will put it on platform, since we are in Florida and first level might get sunken when we have big rain storms.
