Item delivered today and I started using it straight away, very handy it came with a full battery. Really easy to pair to two phones and allows you to answer calls on both without the need to switch. Sound quality is excellent for both user and caller with no difference as if you were on the handset. Comes with a handy little docking charger So that the headset can easily be placed on it to charge whilst not in use. Powered by micro USB. Really pleased with this purchase.

Connection to my phone via Bluetooth was really easy and it came with around 80% charge. The headset itself feels pretty well made and the charging base is really quite solid and feels quite substantial. Unfortunately the sound quality of the headset is particularly poor. It has that low bitrate kind of sound where everything sounds muffled. Although the headset isn't using any fancy codecs like aptX I wasn't expecting it to sound like a late 1990's mobile call.Another issue of note is the lack of twist/rotate available on the headset. The boom mic moves up and down and rotates but the earpiece does not and as a result sits away from your ears, unless you have particularly straight ears! I imagine this would cause a bit of ache after half an hour or so. Unfortunately because of the rubbish audio quality I will be returning it ASAP!

I really like this piece of kit, the sound quality is excellent - very clear on calls and also good for listening to radio programmes when the incidental music sounds fine so you get a good experience across the board. My only criticism is that the magnet which clamps the headset into the charger is very strong so I've had to stick the base to the desk otherwise you pick the base up with the headset, even though the base is nice and heavy. Overall it's a nicely made quality piece of equipment.

The product appears to do everything we need however the delivery system is strange. The headset is dispatched on the day and then it takes 7 days to move from the distribution hub in Liverpool to Hatfield Hertfordshire. If they could sort this they would have a 5 star rating.

Have been using this headset since April as working from home and would describe it as "fine". Audio quality is average, it's definitely not an all-day headset from a comfort perspective.It has now broken to the point of being unwearable as the non-headphone side has snapped leaving no protection between the metal and my head. Not what I would expect after only 6 months of use.Pro - battery life is very good, lasts a while. Microphone seems to be okay. Straightforward to connect.Con - Not comfortable, audio quality isn't great.

The media could not be loaded.  This headset is very useful and great when sitting at the desk doing computer work I highly recommend this as the price is very affordable if you are like me and normal headsets hurt you ears then this is for you also slows you one free ear to talk to people around you as well as being able to drive by not blocking both ears 5 *****

I use this almost daily for work Teams calls. Unfortunately, whilst the sound quality is good for me, I regularly get reports from others that they can hear a buzzing/ringing when I speak, or that I cut in and out. When I switch to my other headphones, the problem stops, so I can only attribute it to this headset. I've only had it for a couple of months so it is a shame they haven't lasted longer.

Purchased this headset for my wife, she has found it to be an excellent piece of kit. Battery life, clarity and range are all superb. All in all a terrific purchase
