When calling to activate sim card, they told me it was expired. Also the products description doesn't match the sim card smart phone plan I ordered. Speedtalk has sent a replacement sim card and I was able to activate it on website. It may be better to purchase these from the company website directly for convenience and quicker activation time as it seems some of the plans Amazon has, have expired. No way of knowing if you get one not expired. It takes a few days for the replacement to arrive in the mail.

I am very pleased with my purchase! It was super easy to install and the directions given on the site were very clear and understandable for me to do by my self without having to call someone on the phone. It worked and i was able to use immediately after installing the micro sim card. Definitely recommend.
