RMG Water Level Indicator with high and Low Level Alarm - Plastic Enclosure

I have used the Rs.200 (black plastic) water alarm for last few years and their life is less than 1 yr, until I found this superior product since it also shows the water level and seems much more durable.For some reason my device stopped working after 3 months and within minutes of contacting the seller by Amazon link, I promptly received a call back from the seller assuring a replacement and explaining the possible causes and also discussed other features on other models on my inquiry..I can rate 10 starts for the Customer care.Couple of Suggestions to the Manufacturer for further improvements:1) The 4-5 different size sensor wires that hang inside the water tank are all of blue color. But on the the device end, you have different colors wires for each level. It would be very easy for installation if you give the same corresponding color wire of different sizes which are tied to censors.2) On Tank full the beeps sound for 10 sec and stop. But in a large house if the only person is in -kitchen/bath near running tap/noise or in garden and missed hearing the beep for those 10 seconds then he misses the alert and eventually the tank overflows wasting precious water. I strongly suggest that you repeat the beep after every minute (Let beep duration only be 5 seconds) but with alarm repetition we will catch the alarm if missed on 1st instance.All the best RMG -Continue innovating new and useful products

I found this product on Amazon after a lot of searching in the local market. What I was getting elsewhere was tank overflow alarm or a complete system incorporating starting and stopping of motor. I wanted only a water level indicator for the overhead tanks at my house.I received the product after 5 days of ordering in good condition. The product comes with a 1 year warranty card and a nice explanation sheet for installation alongwith wiring diagram. Although the wires provided are very short, they can be extended using any LAN wire or normal 1 mm wire. Presently, the product is working fine after 1 week of installation. The last led illuminates alongwith a sound buzzer indicating full tank. I found the price of the product slightly higher side vis-a-vis the quality. Hope it lasts for a few years.

I bought this product through AMAZON .it was delivered before the specified time.. I appriciate AMAZON for it promptness.And about this water level indicator....its worth.Working as said in the discription. Very useful .I recomment it to all, especially those who own multy stories.and are always worried of the tank overflow problem.Now I can see the level of water in the tank without climbing all those stairs.And the best part is it beeps on low level aswellas on full tank.So now no tension of those running on the 30 feet stairs. So buy it to .....relive yourself of these problms Thanks RMG AUTO.Great product......I hv bought one more . Fitting is easy.... just require phone cables of 3 two-core or 2 four-core of your required lenght. Mark your wire and connect them to the nuts (accoring to the water level) and fit them on a casing-caping stick of lenght of tank.It is helpful to my aged parent to know the level of water in the roof top tank.

Its working nicely so far.It worked nicely for first 15 days / 1 month, but now it has started giving false signals. Below are the issues faced:- Whenever power goes and comes back, it beeps- 1 sensor is not working out of 4- Over time, the response to the sensors has become very slow.Do not go by the reviews. Most of them might have been given just after receiving the product, as there is a condition on warranty that they will given 6 months extended warranty if we give product review within 15 days of receiving the product.I do not think, it will last for more than 6 month / max 1 year.Customer support is poor. Nobody picks the call even after calling multiple time. They sent me a video on whatsapp for setup which was helpful, but when I messaged the problems, there is no response.

I will recommend this unit without any doubt. Very beautiful indicator.It was very easy to install this unit. It is working in very good condition.

The media could not be loaded. This is showing no indication right now but the LEDs still have light..VERY POOR DESIGN The LEDs for level indication are embedded deep inside so very difficult to actually see you have to go really close as the LEDs under them are always bright difficult to see the indications. Didn't like the design.As it is installed up the design dosent allow to make out clear indications more over its highly priced and they charge extra shipping there are better options at a much cheaper price.. There is no return just replacement but the design is not good so replacing wouldn't solve the purpose..Not Happy With this Purchase
