Solid product but the dimensions are not as advertised
These invisible shelf brackets are solidly made and easy to install. However, I bought the 12mm diameter x 120mm long version and, having read the online installation instructions I also purchased a 12mm masonry drill and a 12mm wood auger bit in order to drill the wall with and shelves respectively. The end of the bracket that fits in the wall was a good fit for the 12mm hole I made but the end for the shelf was significantly narrower than 12mm so I had a lot of play on the fitted shelf and I had to pack out the hole to ensure a play-free fit. I used a pillar drill for the auger and drilled very accurately. An 11mm drill would have provided a snugger fit - but of course good auger bits cost more than the shelf brackets so it wasn't a realistic option to buy another.

Rubbish
Good job I am married to an engineer. He had to modify them , they just kept turning round and round in the hole, wouldn’t expand and grip. Ended up glueing them in.
