I love this shampoo and conditioner but this is the third time it has opened during delivery. It wastes several washes and makes me sad.

Having been using Caviar shampoo and conditioner exclusively for 3 years. My hair did get thicker. It became noticeably thicker probably after a year of use.

Makes my hair smell and feel great

I had horrible dandruff from a lot of shampoos. Even the dandruff shampoo (head and shoulders) gave me dandruff. But after I started using this one--dandruff is gone! my hair looks great. I know they don't advertise it as anti-dandruff, maybe I just had dry scalp and the moisturizing effect helped me. anyway, I know it's pricy but one bottle usually lasts me a long time (and I have long hair).

The shampoo and conditioner are tres pricey but excellent and only a small amount is necessary, The hairspray is like no other -I have a lot of shoulder length hair but it is fine so I love that the lift lasts all day especially at the hairline . Unfortunately the packaging is dreadful The pump bottles for the shampooin and conditioner are an improvement over the impossible screw caps which constantly clog and don't turn easily. For products that are designed for older consumers the hair spray container is also horrible - too wide, slippery and difficult to control for often arthritic hands , The sprayer also clogs frequently. Please address these issues - these are really superior products and would like to continue using them . While your at it please offer travel size shampoo ,conditioner and hairspray - thank you

My stylist got me on this brand and now every time I see her she tells me how great my hair feels since I’ve started using this brand of shampoo and conditioner. I have (had!) very dry, frizzy hair, live in the desert, and have hard water. Now my hair is soft, shiny, and well moisturized. I have NEVER spent more than $10 on a bottle of shampoo, but as I’ve gotten older I want to make sure I keep my hair healthy. This shampoo may be on the expensive side but it is so concentrated that it seems to last forever, so it is well worth the price. I am also obsessed with the smell. Very hard to describe but almost has a slight masculine undertone?
