Went back and forth between 4 and 5 stars, 5 won. Easy to put togeather, appear to be well made and arrived early and packaged well. The reason I considered a 4 star is because of the seat. The width is good but they should be a little deeper. When sitting on them you can't let your legs hang because the front edge of the seat cuts into the back of your legs above the knees. If you put your feet on the support bar across the front no problem. They give my island a great look. I wish I had purchased these earlier. Love them and have received a lot of compliments on them. I have seen the same stools on other sites for more then twice the price for one. These are a great buy.

Super easy to put together. One of the main complaint was on the comfort level….. you are buying a chair that has no cushion and is made out of wood. It isn’t going to be the most comfortable.My one complaint, there was so much sand-like residue inside the tubing of the pieces. It was like an endless supply of sand that ended up on my floor. I put my vacuum hose on one of the holes of the screws on the legs and let the vacuum suck up as much as possible, but it was still not enough to get it all. You can hear the sand go from one side to the other. Other than that, they are cute and fit perfectly.

If you are used to a full chair seat then you will find this seat a bit short. Great looking stool and well made. Just too small for my long legs, does not support enough of my thigh, feels awkward.Easy to put together.

The media could not be loaded. TL;DR: You get what you pay for... poor quality control - arrived damaged, feels of questionable sturdiness, and just not comfortable (too shallow).Damage: My chair arrived from the factory damaged, packaging was sufficient, so there must have been scratches on the metal legs even before they got put in the protective bag / box. Note: I only assembled one of the two chair, and both legs had scratches. The bottom of the seat also showed quality issues with the wood flaking off.Quality Control: Trying to balance the chair so it doesn't wobble took significant effort (and still wasn't perfect). The metal legs must have been slightly bent and were not quite matching up - standing on the legs while trying to tighten the bolts helped some, but still required a bit of bending into place. There are little metal shavings or something rattling around inside of the metal bars / legs. You can literally hear the pieces rattle around when you move the chair - including in welded-shut bars. Little black metal shavings started to drop everywhere from the parts when moving around. (see photo of the wet paper towel picking up the materials).Comfort: The seat is just not very deep at all. Neither me, nor my partner are large people, but you feel like you're about to slide off the chair.Honestly, I wanted to like this chair. Aesthetically, I quite like the design. But it's just hampered by lack of comfort and quality control issues abound. I should also note, I am not one to shy away from an Ikea-like assembly, but this one was a lot of effort - not in terms of sheer number of parts, but because the parts do not line up well, and again, the balancing of the chair is a real pain.

These bar stools are a perfect fit in our kitchen! Easy assembly which makes it nice! Not a seat to sit in a long time but provides enough coverage. Good quality.

Easy to put together, nice design, sturdy!

These really aren't very good quality bar stools/chairs. The covering for the seat is a cheap wood veneer. The seat is heavy, but it's made of cheap particle board. The seat on one of the chairs I received had a chunk, for lack of a better word, missing from it straight out of the packaging, and the particle board underneath the veneer is very crumbly. I ended up applying some stain and then clear laquer to that spot to discourage further crumbling of the particle board. One of the attachments for the legs was bent. While I was able to get it attached to the chair legs, it was not ideal/a perfect fit. For the cost they'll do, and with small children they'll likely get a little beat up anyway, so we'll keep them. The seats are smaller, so kids fit really well on them. I really like the design of the chair, just wish it was made better.

Exactly what my kitchen needed! These seats are very sturdy. I like the carved wood seat and the swivel feature. I adapted it to my previous suspended bar system and they look beautiful !! Excellent customer service, I would buy with them again.
