I have used these Sterilite file boxes for years and am happy with them. I just purchased 16 more (4 sets of 4). One package arrived with one box cracked (not packed very well), so I reached out to the seller to ask for a partial refund just for one unusable box (rather than return the entire order for a replacement), and they gave me a generous partial refund. They are a good value -- decent quality for the price.

These stackable bins are just as advertised. Very sturdy and hold a lot of files. Great buy.

Corners cracked in shipping. Need to be packed better in the shipping boxes.

They are perfect to use for school keepsakes for the kids however, one of my lids came cracked. That's why I'm gibing it 4 stars instead of 5.

These made in USA storage bins are great. Just the right size for what I needed. The lid does snap shut which is a bonus!

I use many of these filing boxes in my office, and they are just the right size, and they seem sturdy with regular use. . However, apparently they are not sturdy enough for the travel from where they come from to my office .Frequently they arrive with cracked or broken off corners. The last time I ordered two sets of 4 filing boxes. One set arrived in perfect shape in a box labeled Sterilite. The other set arrived a day or two later in a plain box which was about an inch smaller, and three of those four filing boxes have cracked or chipped corners. There is usually one cracked or chipped corner in one out of every 6-8 filing boxes. I don't have time to return these large items. I will continue to use these filing boxes because they are excellent IF they arrive unbroken, and even discarding the broken ones, they are a bettrer buy than the more expensive filing boxes.

I was expecting that because of the brand they would be flimsy and not sturdy enough to hold files however, these bins are great! They have built in hanging file edge so you can just move your files from cabinet to bin. I'm definitely buying more just wish they offered a variety of colors of kids at least.

Ordered these to carry files between work and home. Needed something sturdier than bankers boxes. First set arrived with one container completely shattered in the corner. The box they came in didn’t have any dents so not sure how that happened. Packed them up and returned them for a replacement. The second set arrived with one container cracked again and the delivery box in fine condition. The container this time was cracked and not shattered, and I didn’t want to waste more of my time packing it up and returning a second time, so I am keeping them but not happy about it. I am very dissatisfied with the product in this respect. On the positive side, they will hold legal or letter size and you can put hanging files in there easily. I would not buy these again based on my experience and I wouldn’t recommend them. Maybe if you go to a store and buy them so you can see and know what you are getting.

I bought these boxes to store paperwork from my office, specifically to store my accounting binding cases (Letter size) which fit a little snug, but it works. The boxes have an inside lip that lets you use hanging folders inside which is convenient as well. The quality is good, sturdy, and the lid snaps on nicely. They arrived in great condition and I liked them so much that I bought two more packs. Great price.

These bins revolutionized my filing system. It's wonderful looking at them and knowing exactly which files are in that box. I use one for seasonal clothes. Roomate was pumped about the portability if we ever had to move.And the quality is really good, the lids snap shut nice, and they stack well.
