I have now purchased two of these remote controls. The first one worked fine until I moved it from one outlet to another, then it failed. I contacted DEWENWILS, hoping that I would get some kind of response. Sure enough the day after I sent my email, a customer representative (Joy) responded asking for details about the unit's failure. I sent her all of my information and she responded that DEWENWILS will be shipping me a replacement unit free of charge. DEWENWILS is one of the few companies I have dealt with that truly seem concerned about customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend purchasing products from a company like DEWENWILS.

DEWENWILS remote control outlet with 2 side outlets worked great for our Christmas tree lights and another electrical Christmas display. The set up easily fit into one of our double wall outlets and did not block the remaining wall outlet. The remote control worked good avoiding the constant hassle of bending over to plug in our holiday lights. The 2 side outlets were more convenient for us than front outlets which we have had in the past since they do conserve on space & provide easy access for plug ins. Highly recommend this item & would purchase again.

So much better than the other kind of remotes I bought and sent back. I'll start with the plug and cord look quality and well made.... extremely easy you just plug it in and you are good to go it is a little big but hey that's all good the length of the chord is more than adequate the range of the remote definitely gets the job done as well however the remote looks like it's cheaply made and probably can't stand too much rough use. Perhaps the business is based on reoccurring revenue from people repurchasing a remote that will work with it? Either way we really are very very careful when we use the remote and take it with us. Yes the remote feels like it is that cheaply made.

It works as advertised. We have a lamp in the corner that's difficult to reach. Not anymore! This was the perfect solution. Now the little dongle hangs by the couch where we can turn it on at anytime. I like the fact that it's "dumb". No phone apps with potential security holes to worry about. I also like that this one uses regular "coin" batteries instead of those weird batteries than many similar remotes use. I'd definitely buy another one if the need arises.

Bought for my Christmas village cords to be plugged into. So glad I did. Plug is behind couch so being able to just hit remote control to turn on n off was great. And remote works great even though behind couch. Used every night for all of December n first week of January. No issues. As long as it works again next year I'm a happy camper.

Sometimes you just want to see your painting on the wall light up, but you don't want to reach behind the couch or on top of the painting to try to find the off/on switch. This is the perfect solution. Have two and it looks like you can control two lamps with one button simultaneously, but I have two paintings in two different rooms and don't need them to both be lit up at the same time. So I use them separately. Great solution.

I don't want everything in my house reporting back to the manufacturer how many times I turn my light on and off, so this simple little radio-frequency remote is such a great little device.We use one for our christmas tree so we could turn it on and off with a click.People seem to think taking out your phone and opening an app is somehow "better" — it's not. The simplicity of a tiny little remote is hard to beat.

Double outlet is a must have feature. Great for bedrooms with lamps on both night stands! Very easy to set up and use. Nice looking outlet and remote. Quality, durable materials. Buy two. It will save you the bother of placing another order when you fall in love with your first one!

Works perfectly!Does exactly what is advertised... and the price is nothing to argue about for sure!Hooked this outlet up to control a large wall mounted fan. Although the fan on/off is controllable with a toggle chain, it's annoying having to reach up high to pull it. That way I can keep it on the fan speed selection I want without having to toggle through all the other speeds just to turn it on and off. Now I can keep it on low all the time with the touch of the included wireless remote.Thinking about maybe getting another one to control turning on and off my indoor Christmas tree lights during the holidays. :)

If you have that problem, this is the quickly-installed solution. Some light switches may be behind furniture or require you to go into a dark room to reach them. It lasted a few days... might be the battery (watch battery) so I will go get a replacement for it and see what happens but super annoying that it only lasted for about 10 pushes of the button before conking out.

The goods received at last, the whole unit is very well made, the remote control is very easy to use.There is a red light appear on the receiver, let you know whether it's on or off, nice feature. There is a thoughtful feature the manual dosen't tell you, that is: there is a tiny dot on the ON button of the transmitter, so that in the dark, you can feel with your finger, which is ON and which is OFF.

We bought it to connect our Internet routers so we can turn them on and off when we want to. Does a great job and makes our life easier.
