I wanted something quick and simple for a meal and this met that with important vitamins and minerals and 30 grams of protein, while being low in sugar. The milk protein isolate in this works for my acid reflux issues. I can drink one at 3 a.m. , go back to bed and have zero issues. The strawberry flavor is good, but not to sweet.

Smells good, tastes amazing and has good protein content all things considered. This is the easiest, and arguably the yummiest way to get protein albeit on a pricier side than protein powder.

These shakes are just ok. Ordered because less expensive than some others so gave them a try.They have the protein after taste that I don’t love. Definitely drinkable, I prefer to drink super cold. No offensive smell or texture. Have good health benefits so will drink them. If you don’t mind the protein taste they may be for you.
