Simple. Effective. Quality.
We are a large performance theater. Our organization purchased 3 of these Door Access Controllers for our facility, two (1) Door, and one (4) Door. The primary purpose for our having these Magnetic Locks is for 'Personnel Control' and 'Patron Crowd Management'. Although they are secure, we still engage our keyed locks at night until staff arrives the next day, who disengage the keyed locks each morning for daytime use. We chose to install external Battery Backup / Surge Protection on each of our Door Access Controller Panels in case of power outage during said daytime use.We had to spread out the Door Access Controller Panels a little to cut down on the wire run distance where we could because our facility spans an entire city block. But even spreading out the Door Access Controller Panels throughout the facility, we were able to connect them all to our existing network through our existing network infrastructure seamlessly. We've had our Door Access Controllers working now for several months without a hitch. They perform exactly as advertised.People should be aware that the hardware provided in these kits, specifically the actual magnetic locks themselves, are no different than what you'd pay much more for if you bought a more expensive brand like Ubiquity. They are the very same locks that 'big brands' pay to put their labels on. Their controller boards, RFID Readers and software are different (proprietary to the big brand), but the lock hardware is the same and come from the same two or three overseas manufacturers that make them all for the industry. The controller boards are also very good quality, manufactured well and have industry standard terminal connections. The software that comes with these kits might not be as 'pretty' or 'polished' as the big brands, but it is comprehensive and powerful, packed with features. More than most will likely ever use or need, but the features are there.Support - If you have questions, they're there. They typically respond in less than 24 hours and will have the answers you need. The only real issue I ran into was getting the remote 4G / LTE Phone App Access working initially. I setup a time for them to remote in and they were able find 'my' mis-configuration and adjust accordingly in less than 10 minutes. Stellar Support.Minor Criticisms :The RFID Readers are solid, well made and the circuitry is rigid epoxy sealed. No criticisms aside of not being able to disable the lights. At night they really attract attention. Our homeless population around us seem to be attracted to them like a moth to a flame. They glow blue 24/7. When you use a key-card or FOB to enter, it momentarily turns green to show approved access. That's totally fine. But it would be nice to be able to disable the 24/7 blue light, so it's not a glowing beacon night but will still flash green for approved access when it is used for entry. The mounting hardware provided isn't the greatest quality. I had mounting screw heads snap off during installation and it prompted purchasing better quality screws. I recommend considering this 'before' you get into the installation. It's not a big deal at all, screws are cheap. When you're saving this much money on kits like this, it becomes a very minor criticism. In summary, you can't go wrong with these kits. Since their installation, we've had several partners and contractors wanting the same locks, and I have unapologetically sent them to the source with my full recommendation.

Good support and easy installation
I'm not an expert, but you can easily follow the provider instructions to install their products, as I did. You need to browse a lot in the website because to find what you need but all the info is there. I was unable to find something there and I wrote the provider and got response quickly. The product has a good quality/price balance.

Installation was not as easy as it seemed. Needed patience, research, and precision work.
I installed this access control system on an office front entry door with a brown aluminum frame (built in 1980). To start, I followed the instructions to wire all the parts and started programming the RFIDs. Easy, right? Not so fast...1st problem: the program wouldn't recognize my control box. It was 8:00 pm L.A. time, I attempted to send a Skype message to Tech Support. Someone actually replied! As it turned out, he's located in China, ShengZhen area. He requested a video call so I could show him my wiring connections and setup. Upon verifying all of my connections were correct, he said to click on the CHECK button on the program. From there, he realized my WIFI connection could be interfering with RJ45 LAN connection with the control box. Once the WIFI was offline, the connection to the control box was successful. Wonderful customer service!! So fast and efficient. Granted though, I could speak Mandarin Chinese so it was much easier to communicate. However, his English was more than decent.2nd Problem: I wasn't exactly clear on how the system was supposed to be mounted. The instructions included with this system were partially complete at best. I Googled and watched a lot of other YouTube Maglock installation videos to get a better grip since our office door swings out to the parking lot unlike the instructions shown had doors opening into the lobby. I finally realized I needed L or Z brackets in order to mount my MagLock further inside about an inch. Ordered more brackets from Amazon.3rd Problem: Tried to mount the armature/strike plate onto the aluminum door frame. Drilling was an issue. for the first 1/4", the drill bit shaved off the aluminum door like butter, however, I seemed to hit a solid core inside the frame. I was unable to drill any further. I was perplexed..... Went back to Google for more research. Ordered new Bosch drill bits and the most expensive cutting oil from Grainger for immediate next-day pick-up. Even with the new bit and oil, I've made little progress trying to drill through a soft aluminum door frame. Frustrating...So I've decided to move an inch left of the door to see if there could be a hollow spot. Thank god it worked!! Finally drilled through. Mounted the strike plate with metal and rubber washers in the correct order. (very important) Then I had to relocate the maglock to match the new strike plate location. (careful measurement is also very important)Note: The green light must be lit indicating a strong lock. A red light meant a weak lock between the Maglock and the armature plate. Either it's too far apart or they weren't aligned close enough (too much offset).4th Problem: There's limited space between the control board and the metal box. It was challenging trying to shove 3 small wires into the same slot to tighten when I couldn't see where the slot was. Only if they could mount the PCBA lower to allow more space to work with. This project took me a total of one month to complete, but it was well worth it. I've also added a motion sensor so the door would automatically unlock without pressing the EXIT button. It has been working perfectly for 2 months straight so far. All of us in the office are loving it. It's providing an extra layer of security from random solicitors and operates like a charm without causing any inconvenience to anyone. I've also connected it to a UPS battery backup just in case there's a power outage.

Not able to be controlled remotely
Software does not exist. Magnet does not function consistently. Magnet is very difficult to install. Must be physically connected to program keys or lock, does not not upload programming over wifi

Good system for a simple set up - great tech support
Purchased this system to control access to one main entry door at my business. My father does electrical work so he wired the system up for me and said it wasn't too bad if you have some knowledge of wiring/circuitry. I was able to get the settings for door control mostly to where I wanted them to be. The software is clean and straightforward while not exactly user friendly. I am pretty good at learning software systems but tweaking the fine settings that I needed were a challenge for me. Thankfully as stated in the product description, the seller is very responsive with tech support and through some back and forth I was able to get my settings corrected thanks to BRs/Wood Chen. If you're on a budget and not looking for a costly professional installation, this system does the job.

Great customer support!
This magnetic locking system was not that easy to install off the bat, but with the help of the sellers customer support it made things a lot easier. You will need to purchase your own wiring to connect the parts together. I am using this for my place of work to set an automatic timer for opening and closing. It is very solid and works well. Anytime I had an issue the seller was quick about support.
