Hot tub cover to be able to PT year round
Awesome! Purchased this as a cover for my hot tub so I could enjoy it year round. I live in the PNW where it rains sometimes… I have been using my hot tub as physical therapy with having a bad hip (which has been a life saver). I tried using it when it was rainy and windy. I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal but it was miserable. This cover has made it all possible. Yes. It’s thin plastic. You have to be careful with the zippers. Just use your head. Everything I needed it to be.

Marriage celebration! Great addition
We decided to do an intimate marriage ceremony in our backyard. This bubble tent was the perfect addition to that vision! It is easy to set up and put away. I don’t plan on using this regularly. I plan to use it for like date nights, special events, etc.. I think it’ll hold up well for what I want it for. I’m not sure that if I used it every day or left it outside that it would last long. I take it down after and store it away after every use. For me, it’s perfect.

Makes my hot tub enjoyable in the winter!
Edit: I have now had this up since November over my hot tub. Overall it has been good, however, the quality is lacking. There is a large rip in the top- nothing sharp has touched it and we keep the snow cover on. I put flexseal on it to stop the spread and will see how that lasts. The same day I put the flexseal on I was opening the zipper (which I always do carefully) and the thread that connects the zipper to the tent broke. This shows a lack if quality. I did sew it back on as best I could, but I am waiting for the rest to unsew.I contacted alavantor and they have given me nothing but trouble. First they couldn't find my order even though I had contacted them previously and registered my warranty with them. Then they stated I needed to contact amazon. When you contact amazon it tells you to contact alavantor. I have replied to alavantor with this information and am waiting for a reply...which usually takes 4 or so days. For how much money this is I expect better quality and for zippers to not break. I get plastic can become brittle, but there is no excuse for the zipper. The set up was super easy and fairly quick-just be careful when opening it as it will get you in the shins! We got it to put over our hottub for the winter as we get a lot of wind. So far it has been great. The only issue we have had is with the zipper on the window not closing right (the teeth seperate a bit). It doesn't impact too much. They offered me $50 back to pay a local seamstress to fix it- I doubt I will find anyone to fix a zipper for that cheap. Since it is just a vent windowits not abig deal.Update: we got a lot of freezing rain and I found it collapsed. Once we cleared it off it popped right back into place. I could see why they sell an extendable pull for extra support in the center.

Durable and worth every penny.
Wow! We’ve had some heavy winds this year with some speeds reaching up to 70mph. I have this thing anchored down and have some sandbags inside to weight it down as well. With these heavy winds, this thing did not move. Well, it did blow with the wind but it stayed in place with minor wear and tear (shown in pictures). I set this up over my hot tub for winter use and it was very successful at helping maintain water temperature during the day as well as night. Even on those cold 20s-30° nights, this helped the water temp stay between 92-97 during use.As far as the tears go, I’ll probably patch themWith flex seal and see how long that holds. But I will buy another one when needed. I can’t give this a big smooth reviews. I’m thoroughly impressed with it.

Get Middle Support Pole!!
The media could not be loaded. This is my second one. First one taught me what to do to keep it supported in winter months.First, if getting the 12x12 or 15x15, you MUST purchase a middle vertical support pole. If you do not, less than 2 inches of heavy snow will sink this faster than you can save it. This will cause the poles to bend and break and put punctures in the bubble. Once this happens the integrity is compromised. BUT, even after that happened I managed to use the bubble for about another 12 months until it finally was beyond saving. It lasted multiple snowstorms and 65mph winds.Second, use the weatherproof cover if you are going to have heavy rain or snow, the top corners that are fabric are not completely waterproof and will leak a bit.Third, use a more supportive tie for the middle poles. Once you insert them, they are all wonky and you must bring them together in the middle and tie them together. The tie the bubble comes with isn't strong enough, so find something better. I used a small bungee cord, then the tie.I was able to get this back in the bag it came in to store for the summer months. Just need a couple people to help.Hopefully, with what I learned this one will last longer than the first.

Set it up right away
My Health Care Aide and I set it up in about an hour. I had to get a set ladder to put the rods in the top. I had to use zip ties to secure the poles. It was very easy to put up. I had to cut the instructions out and make copies so we could assemble it, but that was OK.

Zipper Seams Unravel
Great product; however, the zipper areas of the "doorways" seemed tight. We held the dome to loosen the tension on the zipper. After two zips, the seam unraveled quite quickly. Contacting customer service directly was a nightmare. They were unsupportive and added suggested the customer should do, like applying zipper lubricant prior to use.
