This is a very good product. It has good backup about 3-4hr and compact in size.However it suddenly stopped working one day on battery after one and half year of use. Since there is a option of battery replacement we connected with cusotmer support. Scanner is available on product to connect with customer support which is very good thing.The team was very generous and connected with us. They offered a replacement to us and qe could get our ups updated in 2days only.They arranged the courier services for us as well.

Excellent product. Compact, good build and does it’s job perfectly. One notable mention is their prompt response and service. Maybe more companies need to learn how to do it from them.Would recommend.

I bought this UPS on 2021 during Covid period to manage the power cuts.It's was working fine, nearly we can manage for small power cuts, so that your wifi connection will not get interrupted.Also as they mentioned they gave a very good service.First batter itself last long for 4 years, recently beginning of March 2025 backup is not working. I reached out to Cuzor through WhatsApp number.All service process are automated, they itself arrange the pickup and delivery. They replaced the battery with in some minutes once they receive the package and schedule for delivery return in few hours. During package transit they are giving the updates in whatsapp on regular basis.Now backup is working fine.Thanks to the Cuzor Team for there hardwork.

Wonderful item and more than outstanding service. I have recently got in touch with Cuzor team for one of my old device which was 2 years old+ by now. They have got it picked, fixed it up and shipped it back in just 3-5 days and its all for free. Regarding the device performance its superb it switches on when power goes off in no time. If you want to buy it for your home office setup or something similar go for it. Easy to set and great response.
