These seem comparable to other manufacturers containers I have used multiple times in the past. I ordered two five-packs and they each arrived nested and strapped together. One of the bottom containers arrived with damage to one corner resulting in several cracks which will allow water to infiltrate. This is most likely damage received while being shipped and could happen to other manufacturers' products as well. These are sturdy but not indestructible.

These are the best containers you can get. I use these at a healthcare facility where they are shipped and recovered, and re-shipped hundreds of times. Very sturdy, designed for knocking around in a truck and on delivery carts and handtrucks. Way more durable that the ones from the big box stores. Perfect for home storage and moving instead of cardboard boxes. Not waterproof like some rubbermaid stuff, but the only place moisture can enter is the lid. The "tub" is waterproof, so basement use is OK. I love the flip top lids that stay attached - no more lost lids. Wait for a sale, well worth $15 each

Great bins and arrived without any cracks. We are using these to store items during a cross-country move. I just wish these had shipped in a box and not loose as they arrived dirty and very scuffed. We will definitely have to clean them out before storing items in them.
