This item is incomplete and the bottom piece and the wing Bolt and nuts are both missing
I would like to get refunded the shipping cost as well. Why sell an incomplete item??

Nice, but needs a new finish to be great.
Had it powder coated to match my valve covers and installed a chevy flag emblem. Looks great in my 67.
