This is a pretty good eyeliner! I'm used to using brown, so black came as a bolder surprise. It goes on really easily (basically glides). It'll smudge in like the first 5 seconds after applying, but after that, it definitely stays on! Quite waterproof as well.

I have an issue with most eyeliners rubbing on to my upper eyelid (I have fatty eyelids) and I was sweating with this on and it didn’t even transfer or budge. I think this is the best eyeliner I’ve ever used and I got it on sale so it’s even better. It’s a dark black but not too harsh so it really accentuates my natural features

I didn’t realize that there are glitters in this eyeliner, but overall it is not too bad for a beginner. You need to go over the line at least twice to get the full pigment, but the color looks great. I had it on for the whole day and it didn’t smudge, which is a huge plus for me.

Great product. I use it to tightline and it does not transfer and has staying power. BUT! the product ran out in less than 6 weeks. I only applied it once daily. I expected double the time. I just bought a Milani Stay Put liner to replace the Clio and it's ok. It will transfer a bit. The Ulta waterproof pencil is also a good value. I like the Clio best, though, and guess I need to just buy two at a time.

I enjoy trying new products so I ordered this eyeliner to check it out. The description said it is smudge proof and easy to use. I do find that it does not smudge much but sometimes application is a little sketchy. The rotation to extend the liner tip either gives to little product or product comes all the way out - it reminds me of a mechanical pencil! The color is nice, it does require a little pressure to apply and as stated before small issue with getting the right amount of tip from the tube. It does seem to stay in place for several hours but does not last all day. Regardless, I we will continue using until the product is gone.

I've been using this product for a while now, and this is my go to eyeliner. it's smooth and glides on really well. Not only that, but it's the perfect amount of pigment. I always get compliments on my eyeliner and always get asked what I use when using this. I think the only con to it is that it tends to smudge at the end of the day when I use it for my waterline area on the under eye. It could just be my eye shape and how I set it though.

I didnt believe the wear but it has lasted. it don't smudge until it is removed. no raccoon eyes please

I wanted to like this eye pencil, but it is a waste of money. The gel liner itself is a great consistency & goes on smoothly. However, when I opened it to use a second time, the complete inner liner fell out! I literally took the cap off with the tip of the liner pointing downwards, and the liner just fell onto the floor. Maybe it is a one-off, but that did not leave a good impression on me. I won't be buying this product again.

Creates fine line, easy glide and stays on all day without smudging. Great eyeliner!

I bought this in brown after watching a review on YouTube, so obviously had to try it, as I’ve bought many eyeliners in the past that have Promised longevity, being waterproof & smudge free, that have all failed miserably. I also have very sensitive eyes & can react quite severely to certain brands.On my first try, it took a while to get the colour on to my upper waterline, but once I swiped it on the back of my hand, I found it released more colour. I’m in my late 50’s and have developed dry eyes, my left eye is watering all the time, so I didn’t think it would grip the colour without it making its way down my face. How wrong was I! It was applied at 10am & still on at 10pm, slightly fainter, but definitely still on my waterline & wasn’t appearing in any creases or under eye area. I washed my face using a cleanser & muslin cloth, it was still there, so used Nivea waterproof eye makeup remover, which worked a treat.I couldn’t recommend this eyeliner enough, for price, quality, longevity & no sensitivity to this product.

If you’re looking for a smudge proof everyday liner, it’s for you. I wear it working out and doesn’t smudge at all. No panda eyes! Very good and easy to apply as it’s smooth!!

I liked the colour, but the pen was not comfortable to write with. The lead is thick and hard to write with.

Pro:- easy to apply! even without sharpener my liner still looks clean despite the tip being smudged from consistent use- smudge proof (if applied to skin 1st not over eyeshadow, you have to make any adjustments fast - its got great staying power)- waterproof? = I guess? when tested on my hand it worked pretty well, I do have watery eyes when allergy's kick in & so far it still looks good- easy to clean (wipes off cleanly and pretty fast with makeup remover/oil-based cleanser)- lasts a decent amount of time (for me all day (8h+) if worn by itself)Cons:- no sharpener (still pretty good without but would be nice to have one)
